Hi my name is Roberta, I took a ride with these guys yesterday, they told me the price was $35 on the phone but when I showed up at the pick up spot that told me "All the spots are booked, it's busy and we are charging $50 today " I told them I booked the ride in advance so I shouldn't pay $50. He said there's nothing he could do and it's "first come first serve, and whoever pays me $50 first will get spot ". They are ferocious and robbing people like that. Demanding more money at the pick up location. And people don't have alternative but to take the ride. I had an interview so I had to pay $50. I think this is not fair, you guys should do something about this. Thank you.
