Hey! This is a list of full information about being staff on Lucas' Cookie Factory Discord!

This discord server is a very 'chill' place and a low-pressure environment.

If you would like to apply for staff, please read through this document then apply in the link below!

Requirements -

- Maturity: Not super mature, but you need to be somewhat mature and professional.
- No Age Requirement: There is no age requirement, but if you are 13+ you have a slightly higher chance. [Lying will result in blacklist from applying] Maturity > Age
- Nice: We want nice and friendly people, you can joke around and have fun but you should be nice.
- Some moderation experiences in the past will help. If you have any, include it in your application.
- If you comment on my videos a lot, been in my previous discords, or a friend that I know your chances will be increased since I know you better. That doesn't mean you won't be accepted if I don't know you though.
- Grammar doesn't matter that much but it shouldn't be like "hie g@YZ h0wz2 u4433RR d2y G(NG!@?".
- Activity. No quota or any of that, it's a flexible schedule. Try to be on at least once a day which is extremely easy. Every once in a while pop in and answer a question or two. Welcome some new members, or anything simple. Pretty easy, and we are lenient on this :)



Your job -

Your job is to help people, punish rule-breakers, and keep the server clean.

You are expected to know the rules but we have a rules channel which shows the punishments so you can look at that if you forgot them.

If accepted, your trial will last 1-2 weeks and you will be mentored by the entire staff team (this includes staff manager and owner). Just listen to what they say, and don't ignore any of them. They are only there to help you -- not to hurt you.

Demotions are hard, basically if accepted, you will most likely get promoted to discord staff // mod. We understand if people mess up, we are all just humans anyways. We will really only demote if you truly do not care and slack of and don't listen to any of us or the rules.
