rhea was born in altea into the altean royal family. her uncle was the king of altea and she grew up quite close to her cousin, the princess of altea due to them being the same age and having similar interests. she was close with her parents and couldn't even think of being apart from them.
however, when she was 5 years old, her mother and father passed away in an accident and she was taken in by her uncle. dealing with her parent's death was difficult for her but as she got older, she tried to remain positive and happy because she didn't want her family to see her as weak. she also started to become clingy to her cousin because she didn't want to lose her like she lost her parents.
