Australia - Anonymous invites you to the Million Mask March

Greetings, We are Anonymous.

Citizens of Australia, it is almost yet another end to another year and before we know it, 2015 will be upon us.

This year has not been the very best year for us, having many of our freedoms and our privacy rights, rapidly being taken away from us, right from under our very own nose.

Certain laws have been passed over night, that neither you or I, had any say in the matter, because those in our government who have such powers to say what is best for all of us, have taken it upon themselves to quickly pass new terror laws that do not seem to focus on real terrorists, instead, these new laws mainly focus on preventing whistle blowers, journalists, bloggers and those who use the internet who might share information that we might find of some interest given our world is not as uninformed anymore having only the mainstream media to feed us lies, propaganda and in some cases brainwash us with repeated slogans, jingles and biased news reports.

All of us, that use the internet and whom chose to read, share or comment on alternative news reports or stories face up to 10 years in prison, simply for sharing something you feel is of interest to your friends and family, sadly, our government, becoming ever so aware of free speech on the internet and worried how quickly news travel without their approval or censoring such news, they now want to scare us from the internet and threaten us with prison if we share something that the government department of ASIO deems "Special".

The problem with this new bill is, it is so ambiguous and is not defined, giving ASIO an almost open door to use these new laws, to enter into your home, seize your computers and whatever they find and deem "Special", can arrest you and have you face up to 10 years in prison.

This type of power that is clearly unfair because there is clearly no definition, reminds us of the recent VLAD laws in Queensland, giving police powers, to convict you of a minor offence, but if in the company of 2 or more friends that they can connect you with, as belonging to a club or organisation, see you behind bars for a mandatory 15 years in prison and should you have some kind of rank or position with this club or organisation you will receive a further 10 years mandatory sentence on top of your 15 years, making your minor offence a total of 25 years in prison plus whatever punishment you receive for your original offence.

Do not be misled, these new laws and powers are increasingly getting tougher, broader and your freedoms and human rights are being taken away from us before our very eyes, what concerns Anonymous, is that most Australians believe that these new terror laws or VLAD laws and similar laws are only of concern to those who commit a criminal offence or belong to some terrorist group or motorcycle club, however, this is not the case and it is evident that the brainwashing of the mainstream media and those whom are ignorant who say such a thing, without really doing their own research are fooling the majority of the people who have easily adopted this inaccurate belief.

Make no mistake about it, these new laws can be used against anyone, and they will be.

It goes without saying that tough new laws are definitely needed to control or punish those who commit serious offences or threaten the safety or good order of our country where we live, but interestingly, they do not focus on such individuals, as these laws are clearly able to target or to be used for anyone they so wish.

Citizens of Australia it is time to wake up, and stop believing in the gossip, lies, propaganda, false stories you are fed and the fake reasons and excuses we are being given for these new laws, legislation's, bills and new acts.

Our government wants stricter control of us all, especially with the internet, which is used to reveal corruption and expose those in power, in government or the very rich, of their wrong doing and it makes them accountable and they know we the people will demand punishment, so it is no surprise that they will want to have a much closer watch on you and your activity on the internet.

We do not know and have not worked out just yet, how sharing so called "Special" information is going to keep Australia safe from terrorists since this new bill, will have those sharing posts or links about such "Special" information liable to be sentenced and go to prison, if you understand the broad terms of this new bill and other new laws such as the new VLAD laws, you will also be at a loss as to work out what is the real purpose of these new tough and unfair laws.
Please note, only a fool would have you believe, "If your not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about".

How foolish one would be if they believe this, and trust that their government has your back, it would probably be more accurate to say our government  would be more likely to be, stabbing you, in the back.

Yes indeed, 2014 has not been a good win for the 99% and giving the new recent laws to do with mining, making it against the law to protest about this multi billion dollar industry, one can only imagine, in what kind of direction we are all traveling towards.

We are sure you will all agree, it is most definitely not in the direction that benefits, you or I, or the rest of the 99%.

No doubt, most of you are concerned with this direction we are traveling towards unfairly and are concerned about your rights, your freedoms and your liberties and rightly so, as each new day arrives the less freedoms and rights we wake up to and have left.

We must stand as one and show our government that it is we the people whom our government should be afraid of, not the people being afraid of their government.

In saying that, Anonymous wishes to formerly invite you to our up and coming annual, Million Mask March, this November 5th, which will take place in every capitol city here in Australia and around the world, this event allows us all to unite as one and to show our government we the people will stand up and be counted and that we the 99% will not be silent and will not be bullied into easily losing our rights and our freedoms.

Anonymous wishes to remind you, that this is your world also, and you have the right to have a say in how your life on your earth should be lived, we all have this right, sadly, many have allowed themselves to put too much trust into those in power, with their lies, repeated slogans, false promises, fancy speeches of hopes and dreams and of a better life ahead, to convince them they will deliver such utopia, dear friends, look around nothing has changed, the rich are still getting richer, big corporations are still paying no taxes or very little, the powerful are getting more powerful and in the meanwhile, it is getting even more difficult, to live a simple happy life, having to work longer hours just to stay afloat.

We will also remind those in power to keep your promises, you have made to the people, however, we do not expect any politician, president, leader or prime minister to do so, sadly, they are also conditioned and know, we the people, know they will not keep such promises because, we do nothing about it!

Citizens of Australia, "If nothing changes. nothing changes", let us all come together, this 5th of November, and make this years Million Mask March, one that our government leaders, politicians, bankers, the rich, the greedy, the powerful and the 1%, see just how strong we the people can be as one and let them understand that it is the people they must be afraid of and listen to, and not the people be afraid and listen to them.
