- At approximately 1600 hours the [Redacted] Police Department received calls regarding a 'mass orgy' occurring at the [Redacted] Pier. Police first responders arrived and found the pier to have been destroyed, with civilian casualties identified. First responders arrested a group of nine suspects attempting to flee the area
- ]the suspects subsequently escaped police custody prior to ONI intervention, they are believed to have been non human entities [likely N-HE Class-5 'Singers'] assuming human disguises, see report 1125-1-B for further details].
- ONI became aware of the incident at 1724 hours, with ONI first responders [Delta-5 'Springbreakers'] arriving on the scene at 1810 hours. All surviving civilians were interrogated and all surviving surveillance and video footage was acquired for analysis. The decomposing remains of a colossal fish based entity were recovered [potentially infected with a Level-5 pathogen] and stored at Outpost-24 for dissection [Report Pending].
- Of particular interest to ONI is the discovery of a second group of N-HE's having been involved with the incident. Interview reports, surveillance cameras and a recovered blood sample suggest the presence of three Class-8 'Fodders' and one unidentified N-HE [Likely either a Class-5 'Singer' or Class-9 'Servial' entity].
- The presence of Class-8 entities on Earth has never been recorded in the past, and until this incident was believed to not be possible. ONI Intelligence has also ascertained a possible link between this group of N-HE's and several prior incident reports [See NACOM-1098-3-A for primary reference].
- This group of N-HE's has subsequently been classified as 'Group: Zeta' and has been given Class-2 priority in identification, classification and prevention. [See Group:Zeta portal for further information].
