  7. I find an issue with your pricing. You are charging $1300 ($1100 if your "sale" doesn't actually ever end) for a computer that is very, very outdated, even for it's intended audience. While the specifications listed on your website https://www.mywowcomputer.com/faqs.aspx might have been adequate for most of the tasks the elderly would use it for back in 2015, the release year of the Celeron n2920 processor used in your build, it has not aged well and is beginning to lack the power required for even the most basic tasks, such as web browsing, and certainly for more strenuous tasks, like video calling.

  9. However, the specifications are not what I am concerned about. I'm sure the elderly wouldn't be bothered by a few seconds slowdown when they try to video call a relative without closing other applications.

  11. The issue I have with your product is the price point. $1300, even $1100, is an absurd amount to pay for this computer. I have built several professional gaming grade desktops for that price. I have taken the liberty to part-out, or assemble a list of the parts and prices, a desktop that would be infinitely more appropriate than the outdated, over-merited tablet that you call a computer. The list can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/c4NNWD and while I was unable to use the exact same specifications and components listed on your site, because you are using laptop and mobile hardware, I did attempt to recreate it as closely as possible without choosing all of the least expensive components. There were also many issues with the specifications in your design that I found absolutely appalling, such as the 32 gb flash drive as storage. Removable storage is not a replacement for a true ssd or hdd, not to mention that 32 gigabytes is not at all sufficient. As such, I corrected the problems and used components with similar specifications. The final cost came out to $410.40, without a monitor or webcam, but included the other peripherals.

  13. I believe that charging the elderly almost triple the cost of production is a scam designed to prey off of the good will of families who are not knowledgeable of the true value and capabilities of what is being sold to them. There is no excuse to charge this price. Even with manufacturing, labor, materials, and engineering costs, the total price comes nowhere near the disgusting sum you are charging for this computer. While this business is not illegal since you clearly stated the specifications and capabilities, it is extremely immoral and shameful. Myself and hundreds of others are horrified at the obvious case of upselling and exploitation found in your advertisement. If your company wishes to retain any honor, a dramatic reduction in price is necessary to prove that your intentions are for the good of the consumers and their families, not your company.
