Dear Mr. Whitehurst

I contacted you at the end of last semester in regards to unacceptable behaviour from some of the students living in my halls of residence. You were very helpful and told me action had been taken, and if anything else were to happen to get in contact.

For the last few weeks I've had no problems with them, and they've been quite well behaved but suddenly this week things have started all over again. I'm being kept awake until the best part of 4am on consecutive nights by them running up and down the halls, stamping on the ceiling (their kitchen is above me) and banging on windows. On one occasion I heard them run past my room at about 3am shouting MIKE YOU C**T - I've no idea if it was directed at me, but I'm the only Mike on this floor as far as i'm aware. I'm also pretty sure they're stamping on the ceiling on purpose as last night it happened a few times, stopped, happened a few more, I banged on the ceiling to get them to be quiet, then it happened a load more. I've also attached a photo of a penis one of them drew on the carpet.

I'm not the only person in the block that's had enough of these guys and quite honestly I'm approaching breaking point. By the end of last semester I was mentally and physically exhausted, missed classes and couldn't concentrate on my studies. I know if this continues unchecked I'll end up in the same position and I am not prepared to let this happen.
