2. Sub best conditioned nonmedals pregame, set RB to left CK, LB to right CK. Ignore double A.
3. At 65, sub out fullbacks and DMF, ignore double A.
4. If down by 1 after subs, go +1, go back to neutral if leading.
5. If down by 2 at any point, add gegen +1, go back to neutral if leading again.
