-------------------------------------------------- 1. 我我何時 - Our Unknown Time --------------------------------------------------


Fuyu arrives at her stop at the trainstation when she accidentally collides with a middle school girl.
After an apology, the middle school girl asks if Fuyu had found a wristwatch lying around that she's lost.
Although Fuyu hadn't seen it, she steps up to assist the girl in finding it. The girl asks if it's alright, and Fuyu reassures her that
she still has some time to help search. Eventually, they recover the middle school girl's watch, and the girl is ecstatic to have finally found it. Fuyu notices the time on the watch reads a little off from her's and comments. The girl assures Fuyu that
the time of the watch should be accurate, upon which the realization of the real time leaves Fuyu aghast.

Fuyu rushes to her appointment, in disbelief that her watch was wrong. She arrives at a park where she was
supposed to meet the Producer. She finds that he's helping a child with their wind-up toy car. After helping the child
fix the toy, the two arrive at a cafe. Fuyu asks him what that was about and he explains that the child was crying
about his broken toy, and he was able to fix it for him since he was familiar with it.

Fuyu apologizes for being late, and even when Producer insists it wasn't a big deal, Fuyu continues to apologize, asserting
that being late for anything is unacceptable.

Choice: Did something happen?
Producer assumes Fuyu had a good reason to be late since it's Fuyu after all. Fuyu says it was nothing, she simply just failed
to manage her time to accommodate. She wraps up the conversation and they proceed with their meeting.

Choice: ...That's rather unusual
Producer can't recall a time when Fuyu has ever been tardy. Fuyu responds that's her intention to begin with.
She bemoans failing the perfect attendance award. Producer offers to treat her to whatever she'd like on the menu
as a consolation for all her hard work up to now. Fuyu responds with a nani sore.

Choice: Be careful next time.
Fuyu sternly responds she won't allow it to happen again. Producer, concerned he came off as too harsh, apologizes, rationalizing that
Fuyu must have had a reason she was late and wasn't blaming her. Fuyu questions why he's apologizing now, saying that if he's going to
judge, he better commit to the responsibilities of one.

-------------------------------------------------- 2. 異化憧憬 - Aspiring Distinction --------------------------------------------------


We find Fuyu in an art museum. She checks her watch and gathers that she still has time to spend here.
Flashback to the office, Producer appears to be attempting to reason with Fuyu. He's offered her some time off considering there's
available time before they go on their location shoot, and figured that Fuyu has been working hard as of late. Fuyu presumes he's
still concerned about her being tardy from earlier, to which he denies. After writing it off as a joke, Fuyu looks over his suggested
plans for refreshment. Returning to the museum, Fuyu comes across Dali's famous "The Persistence of Memory" painting of the melting clocks. She recognizes it. Back in the past, Producer lists out some of the options: a sauna, onsen, yoga...and a museum, although the last one is a bit different. He says they're complimentary tickets from his business connections so she's free to choose whichever she likes. Fuyu suggests he should go instead, reasoning that if Fuyu hasn't had any breaks, neither has he. He agrees with a laugh.

Fuyu continues looking at the painting, commenting on the three melting clocks. She enters a trance before being snapped to reality as
a museum staff interrupts her. Noticing she's been there for quite some time, they suggest that she make use of their resting area.
She gives appreciation for their concern. As they walk away, she's confused by how much time has past. Once she looks at her watch, she questions if her watch is broken, in disbelief of the time. As she leaves for the exit, she bumps into none other than Producer. Surprised to find each other, she asks why he's there. He admits that there was one ticket left, and he was interested in seeing the museum Fuyu decided to go to. He apologizes, he had no idea they'd end up going on the same day and time. Fuyu exasperates "So much for a refresh...this isn't any different than the usual."
Producer asks Fuyu...

Choice: Was this a good diversion?
Fuyu answers "Just a bit, but I'm hungry now." Producer asks where they were going to eat after, to which Fuyu responds why is he assuming they'd be returning together. She concedes though and they presumably go somewhere to eat.

Choice: Why a museum?
"Weren't you the one to recommend this..." she retorts. Producer admits that's true, but still wonders all the while what compelled her to. She answers that there wasn't any particular reason, it was all just on a whim. Producer expresses that the museum's calm environment really sharpens the senses. Fuyu deems his words as shallow.

Choice: You're quite studious.
Fuyu asserts that it's nothing like that, she only came out on a whim. Producer figures as long as she feels refreshed, it's worthwhile. Fuyu retorts that while that was the intention, she's overstayed her welcome and now feels exhausted. Producer suggests perhaps they should leave.

-------------------------------------------------- 3. 鏡像去来 - Concurrent Reflection ------------------------------------------------


Fuyu and Producer have arrived at the location shoot, a long standing amusement park.
The amusement park Director express gratitude that Fuyu and Producer stayed to inquire more about the park while the rest of the filming crew wrapped for the day, complimenting Fuyu for being a studious idol and feels reassured that the park is in good hands.
As they tour the park, he makes a comment that they're still clinging onto the past.

Flashback to the cafe meeting, Fuyu asks Producer why she was chosen for this project.
He explains that they hope to utilize Fuyu support to help revitalize its attendance with a PR campaign.
It's been open for a long time and the facilities of the park are rather old now, unable to maintain the visitor count it saw in its early days. He discloses that it's a bit far away, and due to the length of the program, they'll be on location for some time.
Fuyu finds the proposal interesting, seeing the project as a challenge to help revitalize the park through her idol support.

Back at the park, an animatronic panda spouts a salutation "Bye Bye See you again, Bye Bye See you again." Fuyu exits the ride and expresses her enjoyment of the ride. Fuyu shares that she's been here with her family before and the Panda mascot is quite nostalgic. While the director takes the comment lightly, Fuyu feels like she made an unpleasant comment calling it nostalgic. He reassures her that it's fine, expressing that he'd be grateful if people came if it made them feel nostalgic. People of today have many options for diversions to preoccupy themselves with for entertainment. He divulges that they've been running for so long now, and how much it's aged and changed is hard for him to perceive. But it's the reactions of the attendees and Fuyuko, that reminds him, comparing it to opening the treasure box of Urashima Taro*. He digresses, saying that as long as people are glad they came, that's what keeps them going. Fuyu ensures she'll do everything she can to support them.

In a new scene, Fuyu notices something off with her watch again and compares it with her phone. It appears to have broken and stopped accurately telling time. Producer finds Fuyu standing around after having left for the restroom. He comments that the Park director was very kind and showed them around...before realizing she's not paying attention. The Ferris Wheel creaks as it revolves. Once Fuyu realizes Producer is there, she states that this became a big responsibility.

Choice: Are you worried?
What do you mean worried? Fuyuko responds. Producer backs up, saying perhaps it was nothing. He just thought maybe after everything the Park Director talked about maybe she had concerns...
Fuyu admits that of course there'd be a degree of worry, as there's a lot depending on Fuyu. It's because there are concerns that she does her best.

Choice: About the Ferris Wheel?
Producer asks if she's interested in the Ferris wheel, or perhaps anything else. She refrains...saying that rather than seeing everything now, she'd rather save that for when she's filming as an idol.
She also planned with the filming director a general schedule, so they should just leave it at that for now. Producer suggests they leave for the day to prepare for tomorrow's filming.
As they leave, the Panda mascot once again bids them farewell.

Choice: It's Fuyuko, so everything will be fine.
Producer assures Fuyu that she's gathered the information she needed from the Park Director for the preliminary research. Fuyu states that's obvious, since Fuyu was the one that engaged with the Park Director.
Because of the big responsibility, Fuyu will spring into action, unlike some others. Producer supposes he had no need to worry after all. As Producer walks away, Fuyu sticks around for a brief moment as the rides
creak from their old state. Fuyu leaves.

*Urashima Taro story ends with him opening a treasure box that he was told not to and aging for the time he had spent in the Dragon's Palace

-------------------------------------------------- 4. 周縁回帰 - Cyclical Revolve ------------------------------------------------


Fuyu and Producer are riding the Ferris wheel. They had some time to spend after wrapping their filming for the day. Rather, Producer pulled Fuyu into riding along after thinking they came all this way, might as well.
After some banter, Producer hopes that their work will help revitalize the park, especially considering how well Fuyu did on the job. Fuyu counters if only it were so simple. Producer asks if she thinks it won't have an effect?
Fuyu continues by saying that they did all they could on their end, but sometimes...
Before she can finish, the Ferris wheel creaks and the ride comes to a halt. Over the intercom, a choppy announcement comes through to say they have momentarily stopped the ride and will resume momentarily.
Producer apologizes for having gotten them into this situation, but Fuyu says it's fine, it's all old facilities so it's understandable that stuff like this happens.
Fuyu continues

F= “No matter what, it'll come to an end...there's no winning against the passage of time..."
F= "When the present becomes the past, the people that enjoyed that moment will soon disappear. You'll only be left with the people that remembered it from the past and return every once in awhile."
F= "It's not something you can just put on display like a painting...or a movie."
F= "That's just the kind of time and place we're at now. No matter how hard the Park Director could try, eventually..."

Fuyu stops herself from falling into the spiral, and excuses herself as perhaps being tired.
Producer resumes that conversation:
P= "Perhaps it isn't as futile as you think."
P= "Well, I don't think it needs to be that pessimistic"
F= "You say so, but once a new park opens up, everyone would flock to that one instead"
F= "Something that isn't relevant now holds no value to a customer...even if it were enjoyed so much in the past."
F= "They may say they enjoyed their time back then, but it'll just be a memory of bygone days and not relevant to the present."
P= "...True, I'm sure many people...rather a majority of people are like that."
F= "...It's cause nothing ever stays the same"
F= "...and before long, no one would be around"
P= "But perhaps one person would remain"
P= "By coincidence, I had the chance to talk with the mechanic in charge of this Ferris wheel. He's been maintaining this ride since the park opened up long ago.
P= "He passionately said that it's his duty to make sure the first guest and the last guest have the chance to ride it."
P= "He has no intention to cease maintaining the Ferris wheel, even after the park closes, so long as the Ferris wheel continues to revolve."
P= "To someone like him, his present may very well outlast an eternity."
Fuyu is left speechless for a moment, before retorting back.
F= "What's up with that, suddenly bringing up that as an example."
F= "After all, if the park is already closed, I don't think that's necessarily an answer to the original issue."
P= "Haha, I suppose it's hard for me to convince you with words."
P= "I just figured it was a good connection, to show the other side of the coin."
F= "Hey...that was just a conversation about the amusement park, right?"
P= "Right"
Finally, the intercom speaker announces the problem was resolved and the Ferris Wheel resumes. Producer says the mechanic surely is keeping it in service.

Cue SSRP cutscene

Back at the office, a TV program is playing on the TV as Producer is typing away.
The reporter of the program is walking around the amusement park asking visitors why they came, as they exclaim "Fuyuko-chan!"
One of the fans screams to the camera, asking if Fuyuko-chan can see them. Fuyu responds she can.
The reporter reports that due to the recent program feature idol Fuyuko-chan, there has been a resurgence of visitors to this park.
Producer comments that since their program aired, it seems Fuyu's hard work has paid off.
F= "...less importantly, I don't hear you typing anymore?"
P= "Ah, I need to hurry"
F= "This is why I told you it's better to do it after, and in the meantime, I can get home myself anyways."
P= "If I don't, it'll eat up too much of Fuyuko's time though. As a producer, I need to do everything I can do now."
F= "...If that's the case, then hurry up and let's get a move on."
F= "Otherwise, the wrap celebration you suggested will start later and later...you liar."

Inner Fuyuko monologue begins.
IF= "Lie. That's a lie."
IF= "Completely ridiculous, but all the more precious."
IF= "Fuyu's oxygen"

Fuyu watches as Producer continues to work, and eventually steps in and asks where he's struggling. She notices something on his desk.
IF= "...Show me"
IF= "I'll properly beguile you"
IF= "Perpetuate that lie until there's nothing left to be done"

Fuyu picks up a watch.
F= "This watch! Why do you have it?"
P= "Eh? This was yours all along...?"
F= "I was searching for this for a looong time"
P= "Sorry...I asked around if it was anyone's, but I guess I didn't end up asking you at any point..."
F= "...? Hey...Wasn't this broken before?"
P= "Ah...Now that you mention it, the hands were moving weird, but after switching the battery, it seems to have fixed right up."

IF= "Don't open the box yet"
The sound of smoke bursting
IF= "Don't open it　until the end"
Cat meows...
IF= "The thing about dreams is, they aren't always the safest things"

F= "...You've needlessly done something for me..."
P= "...Huh? Did I do something I shouldn't have...?"
F= "Time's up, Let's get to it, our wrap celebration...!"
P= "...Eh!? But, my task..."
F= "Too bad, Fuyu has the baton now."
P= "But...this is for Fuyuko..."
F= "Like I said. Being tardy is unacceptable."

IF= "We'll continue this farce, forever."
IF= "There's no need for ghosts after all"
IF= "Longer and longer"
IF= "Outlasting an eternity"

F= "Hurry up Producer. Time is moody, and she won't wait for anyone"

IF= "You yourself don't realize this fabricated lie."
