Others would unconsciously avert their eyes from the cloaked vampire and weak willed would even try to get away from them due to feeling uneasy. Physical contact, speaking, loud noises, or strong light will break the effect completely.

Since the vampire fully retains his physical substance, he must be careful to avoid contact with anything that may disclose his presence (knocking over a vase, bumping into someone). Even a whispered word or the scuffing of a shoe against the floor can be enough to disrupt the power.

In this case the ycan roll their Alertness vs yours Stealth +20 to detect you. Do remember that others need to have a reason to start looking for someone spying, not just do it randomly.

Situation 3: You are walking around. When you are walking you can make noise, so for each turn when you move around other people you got to roll your (Stealth + Obfuscate level x 5). If your roll happens to be below 60 then others around you may roll their Alertness, difficulty 70. If their roll falls below 70 then they do not see you, but if it is 70+ then they will notice you through the noise that you made.
