Chief Oka: The Ra Cailum?

「ええ。大気圏突入直前、[ネオ・ジオン]のモビルスーツに
襲撃され、侵入角度がずれたそうです」
Benkei: Right. Just before it began atmospheric reentry, [Neo Zeon] mobile suits attacked and threw off their trajectory.

弁慶
「現在、あの艦は硫黄島沖におり、
修理と補給を行うため、こちらへの
寄港許可を求めてきました」
Benkei: They ended up landed just off the coast of Iwo Jima. Now they’re hailing us for permission to dock here to repair and resupply.

竜馬
「よう、弁慶。
ラー・カイラムってのはなんだ?」
Ryoma: Yo, Benkei. The heck is this Ra Cailum?

弁慶
「ロンド・ベル隊の旗艦…と言っても、
あの部隊のことを知らんのか」
Benkei: It’s Londo Bell’s flagship... Come on, you really don’t know anything about that group?

竜馬
「お前、俺が15年前の世界から
来たってことを忘れたのか?」
Ryoma: Did you seriously just forget I came from 15 years ago?

弁慶
「悪い、悪い。ロンド・ベル隊は
連邦軍の独立部隊でな…[一年戦争]や[グリプス戦役]で
活躍したエースパイロットたちが所属している」
Benkei: My bad, my bad. Londo Bell is an autonomous unit under the Federation... They’ve got ace pilots from both the [One Year War] and the [Gryps Conflict] in their ranks.

弁慶
「そして、地球圏が有事の際には、
独自の判断で動ける権限を持っている」
Benkei: And in the event the Earth sphere is ever in crisis, they have full authority to act based on their own judgment.

竜馬
「有事ってんなら、まさに今がその時だ。
そいつらもボアザンとの戦いに投入しろよ」
Ryoma: If they’re supposed to get into gear when the Earth is in crisis, then I’d say now is the time. We oughta throw those guys at the Boazanians too.

「そう願いたいところだが…
[スペースノイド]の地球連邦政府への反感は根強い。
彼らの中には密かにネオ・ジオンを支持する者も多く…」
Chief Oka: I would hope for that as well... However, the [Spacenoids] still have a deep rooted animosity towards the Earth Federation. And there are a number of them that secretly support Neo Zeon...

「ロンド・ベル隊の調査は、
思うような成果を上げられていない」
Chief Oka: I don’t believe Londo Bell’s investigation of the matter has been going very well.

竜馬
「[ジオン]の相手で手一杯ってわけか。
じゃあ、なんでそんな連中が地球へ降りてきたんだ?」
Ryoma: So they got their hands full with [Zeon], huh? Then what the heck are they doing down here on Earth?

岡長官
「それを聞くためにも、
ラー・カイラムの寄港を許可しよう。
もっとも、機密事項かもしれんがね」
Chief Oka: Asking that very question is one of the reasons we’re granting the Ra Cailum permission to dock. Of course, that information may be strictly confidential.

「AWACS13より報告!
硫黄島沖にボアザン円盤が多数出現!」
Federation soldier: Report from AWACS 13! A large group of Boazanian flying saucers have appeared over the Iwo Jima sea!

岡長官
「硫黄島沖だと…!」
Chief Oka: If they’re over the Iwo Jima sea, then...!

弁慶
「もしや、狙いはラー・カイラムか!?」
Benkei: Could they be targeting the Ra Cailum!?

岡長官
「車少佐、
SR計画の機体を救援に向かわせてくれたまえ」
Chief Oka: Major Kuruma, send the SR Project mechs to their position.

弁慶
「了解です。頼むぞ、竜馬」
Benkei: Understood. I’m counting on you, Ryoma.

竜馬
「おう!」
Ryoma: On it!

「とうとう地球まで来ちゃったね、あたしたち。
いつ帰れるのかな…」
Micott: We’ve finally made it to Earth, haven’t we? I wonder when we’ll get to go home...

バナージ

Banagher: ...

ミコット
「ねえ…バナージってさ、
たまに遠くを見る顔するよね」
Micott: You know, Banagher. Sometimes you look like you’re staring out in the distance.

バナージ
「そう?
多分、それ、どこかを見てるわけじゃなくて、
どこにいるのかなって考えてる時だと思う」
Banagher: Yeah? I’m not really looking at anything when I do that. I guess I’m just wondering where...

「誰が?」
Micott: Where we’re going?

バナージ
「自分がさ。
何をしていても、その時を本当には
過ごせていないような…」
Banagher: No, where I am. It feels like no matter what I’m doing...I don’t actually feel like I’m really there.

バナージ
「けど、オードリーと出会って、
それまでずれていたものが元に戻って…」
Banagher: But after I ran into Audrey, that awkward feeling went away.

(An alarm goes off.)

Micott: Wh-what’s going on!?

「この警報は…!」
Banagher: That alarm means...!

「みんな、大変だ!
ボアザン星人の円盤が接近中だって!」
Takuya: Guys, this is bad! The Boazanian flying saucers are closing in on us!

ミコット
「ボ、ボアザン…!?」
Micot: B-Boazanians...!?

タクヤ
「ニュースでやってただろ、
宇宙人が地球の連邦軍基地を襲ったって!
そいつらがこの艦に攻めて来たんだよ!」
Takuya: They’re the aliens that attacked all those Federation bases, the news was talking all about it! And now they’re coming after our ship!

ミコット
「そんな…!
地球まで逃げて、ようやく安全だと思ったのに!」
Micott: No...! I thought we’d be safe once we made it to Earth!

ミコット
「なんでこうなるのよ!
こんな軍艦になんか乗るんじゃなかった!」
Micott: Why is this happening!? We never should have gotten on this warship!

バナージ
「くっ、行かなきゃ!」
Banagher: Tch, I’ve gotta go out there!

オードリー
「またあれに乗るつもりですか?」
Audrey: Are you going to pilot it again?

バナージ
「ユニコーンには俺の生体データが登録してある。
俺でなければ動かせない」
Banagher: The Unicorn is registered with my biometric data. No one else can move it but me.

バナージ/
「俺は…俺の役割を果たすだけだ」
Banagher: I... I’m just doing my part.

「ようやくネオ・ジオンを振り切ったら、
今度はボアザン軍か」
Bright: We finally shake off Neo Zeon, only to now have the Boazanians to contend with...

リディ
「くっ、弾薬は尽きかけてるってのに…!」
Riddhe: Dammit, and we’re running low on ammunition to boot...!

アルベルト
「連戦のせいで、
使えるモビルスーツは少ないんだろう!
どうするんだね、艦長!?」
Alberto: After so many successive battles, we’re low on usable mobile suits...! What are you going to do about this, captain!?

ブライト
「無論、迎撃します。カミーユ、頼むぞ」
Bright: Naturally, we’re going to intercept them. Kamille, I’ll be relying on you.

カミーユ
「了解!」
Kamille: Understood!

アルベルト
「Zガンダムだけで大丈夫なのか!?」
Alberto: But will just the Zeta Gundam be enough!?

フォウ
「だったら、私もサイコ・ガンダムで出るわ」
Four: That won’t be a problem. I’ll be launching in the Psyco Gundam as well.

Kamille: !

アルベルト
「そ、そうだ!
あれならば、多数の敵にも対処可能だ!」
Alberto: R-right! If we’re using that machine, then dealing with scores of enemies will be a simple task!

ダグザ
「使えるのか、あのガンダムが?」
Daguza: Can you really use THAT Gundam?

フォウ
「ええ、サイコミュの最終フィッティング中だけど…」
Four: I can. The psycommu still needs a few finishing touches, but...

カミーユ
「それが終わらなきゃ、出撃なんて駄目だ!」
Kamille: You shouldn’t deploy until they’re done!

フォウ
「大丈夫。
フォン・ブラウン工場でサイコミュを
改良してくれたのはアムロ大尉だし…」
Four: It’ll be fine. It was Captain Amuro, from the factory in Von Braun, that made the improvements to the psycommu.

フォウ
「カミーユ、あなたがいれば
私はもう自分を見失うことはないわ」
Four: And with you here, Kamille, I won’t lose control of myself again.

フォウ
「あなたが助けてくれた生命だもの」
Four: I won’t lose the life you saved.

カミーユ
「フォウ…」
Kamille: Four...

「ブライト艦長、ユニコーンガンダムが
発進準備に入っています!」
Torres: Captain Bright, the Unicorn Gundam is preparing to launch!

ブライト
「バナージか!」
Bright: Banagher!

バナージ
「ユニコーンで出ます! ハッチを開けてください!」
Banagher: Unicorn, ready to launch! Please open the hatch!

ブライト
「出撃を許可した覚えはないぞ!」
Bright: I don’t recall giving you permission to sortie!

アルベルト
「バナージ君、
君はすでにユニコーンを使いこなしている!
大丈夫だ、君ならできる!」
Alberto: Banagher—he already knows how to handle the Unicorn! It’s fine, he can do it!

バナージ
「…自信とか、覚悟なんてない。
俺は、彼女に必要とされたいだけなんです」
Banagher: ...I’m neither confident nor resolute. I just want her to need me.

フォウ
「…ほら、あの子もああ言ってる。
私だって、カミーユに必要とされたい」
Four: ...Come on, even the kid’s saying it. I want you to need me too, Kamille.

カミーユ

Kamille: ...

カミーユ
「…わかった。行こう、フォウ!」
Kamille: ...Alright. Let’s go, Four!

フォウ
「ええ!」
Four: Right!

リディ
(くそっ、俺の機体が大破していなければ…!)
Riddhe: (Dammit, if only my machine hadn’t taken so much damage...!)

アルベルト
「艦長、この危機を切り抜けるには
ユニコーンが必要不可欠だ! 違うかね!?」
Alberto: Captain, the Unicorn is absolutely essential if we’re to make it through this crisis! Don’t you agree!?

ブライト
(我々はまたガンダムに乗った少年に
頼らなければならないのか…)
Bright: (Once again, we have to put our faith in a young boy piloting a Gundam...)

ブライト
「…わかりました。
バナージの出撃を許可しましょう」
Bright: I understand. Banagher, you have permission to launch.

Episode 5
The White Divine Beast


(Scene begins on a map screen on an island. Banagher, Kamille, and Four appear in their Gundams and Ra Cailum is off to the side.)

カミーユ
「バナージ、本当にいいんだな?」
Kamille: Banagher, can you really handle this?

バナージ
「生き残りたいなら、やるしかないでしょう?」
Banagher: There’s no other choice if we want to survive, is there?

フォウ
「ふふ、少年の言う通りね」
Four: Hmhm, well, the boy’s right about that.

バナージ
「その少年っていうの、やめてもらえます?」
Banagher: Could you please stop with this “boy” thing?

フォウ
「わかったわ…バナージ・リンクス」
Four: Fine then... Banagher Links.

トーレス
「敵機、戦域内に侵入!」
Torres: Enemy units are entering the combat zone!

(Several Boazanian saucers appear.)

カミーユ
「フォウ、バナージ、
くれぐれも無茶はするなよ!」
Kamille:  Four, Banagher, remember; don’t do anything crazy out there!

フォウ
「了解!」
Four: Understood!

バナージ
(内なる可能性を以て、
人の人たる優しさを世界に示せ…。
可能性の獣…希望の象徴、ユニコーン…)
Banagher: (Through the potential that lies within, we will demonstrate the true power and compassion of humanity... The beast of possibility... The symbol of hope, Unicorn...)

バナージ
(俺にどれだけの可能性があるのかはわからない。
だけど、それでも…!)
Banagher: (I don’t know how much potential I have. But even so...!)

(Battle 1 begins.)

(This line triggers when Kamille battles an enemy.)

カミーユ
「人間同士の戦争すら終わらないのに…
その上、異星人かよ!」
Kamille: We can’t even end the wars between mankind... And now we have aliens on top of that!

(This line triggers when Banagher battles an enemy.)

バナージ
「相手が異星人の兵器だろうと、
オードリーたちがいるラー・カイラムに
行かせはしない!」
Banagher: I don’t care if we’re up against alien weapons. I won’t let any of them reach Audrey and the others inside the Ra Cailum!

(This line triggers when Four battles an enemy.)

フォウ
(私はもうムラサメ研究所の被検体じゃない…
今の私には、カミーユがいる)
Four: (I’m no longer a test subject for the Murasame Institute... Now I have Kamille.)

フォウ
(私を知っている人がいてくれるから、
生きていける…!)
Four: (I can live because there’s someone who knows me...!)

(Battle 1 ends.)

トーレス
「戦域内の敵機、全機撃墜!」
Torres: All enemy units in the combat zone have been confirmed eliminated!

アルベルト
「やれやれ、なんとかなったか…」
Alberto: Thank goodness, we got them...

カミーユ
「フォウ、大丈夫か?」
Kamille: Four, you okay?

フォウ
「ええ、頭痛はしないわ。
アムロ大尉たちに感謝しなきゃね」
Four: Yeah, I don’t even have a headache. I’ll have to be sure to thank Captain Amuro and the others.

(Ra Cailum’s radar pings.)

トーレス
「本艦に向け、複数のモビルスーツが急速接近中!
IFF信号は連邦軍の物ですが、所属部隊は不明!」
Torres: We’re detecting multiple mobile suits rapidly approaching our ship! The IFF signal reads Federation forces, but it’s unclear what unit it belongs to!

アルベルト
「み、味方の援軍ではないのかね!?」
Alberto: Th-those aren’t friendly reinforcements, are they!?

ブライト
「接近中のモビルスーツに警告を出せ!
カミーユたちは迎撃用意!」
Bright: Issue a warning to the oncoming mobile suits! Kamille, you and the others prepare to intercept!

(Scene ends.)

(Next scene starts right where the last scene left off.)

「了解!」
Kamille: Roger!

バナージ
(来るのは敵…なのか!?)
Banagher: (Are those really…enemies!?)

(Enemy Barzams and a black Gundam Mk.II appear.)

カミーユ
「黒いガンダムMk-II! まさか!?」
Kamille: A black Gundam Mk.II! Could it be...!?

ジェリド
「久しぶりだな、カミーユ!」
Jerid: Long time no see, Kamille!

カミーユ
「ジェリド!」
Kamille: Jerid!

リディ
「[ティターンズ]の残党か!」
Riddhe: Remnants of the [Titans]!

アルベルト
「な、なんで連中がこんな所に現れるんだ!?」
Alberto: Wh-what is that group doing showing up here!?

ブライト
(もしや…!)
Bright: (Perhaps they’re...!)

カミーユ
「ジェリド!
今さら出てきて、何をするつもりだ!?」
Kamille: Jerid! Why are you showing up now of all times?! What do you want?!

ジェリド
「ユニコーンさ!」
Jerid: The Unicorn!

バナージ
「!」
Banagher: !

ジェリド
「そのガンダムには、連邦の体制を覆すという
秘密が隠されているんだろうが!」
Jerid: That Gundam is concealing some secret that could overturn the order of the entire Federation!

カミーユ
「な…!」
Kamille: Wha...!?

リディ
「なんだって…!?」
Riddhe: What did he say...!?

オードリー
(ティターンズの残党までもが、
『[ラプラスの箱]』を…!)
Audrey: (Even the Titans remnants want “[Laplace’s Box]”...!)

アルベルト
「あ、あの男、余計なことを!!」
Alberto: Th-that man is saying much more than he should!!

カミーユ
「連邦を覆す秘密って、なんなんだ!?」
Kamille: A secret that could overturn the Federation? Just what are you talking about!?

ジェリド
「それを知るために、
ユニコーンを手に入れるんだよ!
カミーユ、貴様を殺した後でな!」
Jerid: We’re going to take the Unicorn to find out exactly what that is! Of course, that’ll be after I kill you, Kamille!

バナージ
「地球に異星人が攻めて来てるんですよ!
そんな時にあなたたちは何をやってるんですか!?」
Banagher: Aliens are attacking the Earth! Do you guys really think this is the time for this!?

ジェリド
「こんな時だからこそ、力を手に入れる必要がある!
その後で、俺たちがネオ・ジオンも異星人も
駆逐してやるさ!」
Jerid: That’s precisely why we need to get our hands on that kind of power! Once we have it, we’ll exterminate Neo Zeon and the aliens ourselves!

(Jerid suddenly comes under fire.)

ジェリド
「ぬうっ!」
Jerid: Ngh!

カミーユ
「あれは…!」
Kamille: What was...!?

(Ryoma, Meg, Yunna, Guy, and the Voltes Team all appear on the map in their mechs.)

竜馬
「助けに来たぜ、ロンド・ベル隊!」
Ryoma: We’re here to bail you out, Londo Bell!

ブライト
「SR計画の機体か…!」
Bright: The machines with the SR Project...!

凱
「あの連中、もしかしてティターンズなのか?」
Guy: That group... Could they be the Titans?

ユンナ
「グリプス戦役で猛威を振るい、
結果的に[エゥーゴ]に破れたという
連邦軍の特殊部隊ですね」
Yunna: An elite regiment of the Federation. They were a menace during the Gryps Conflict, but eventually suffered a defeat at the hands of the [AEUG].

凱
「ああ、残党がどこかに潜伏しているという
話は聞いていたが…」
Guy: Right, we’d heard their remnants had gone into hiding somewhere...

竜馬
「つまり、今は正規の連邦軍じゃねえってことか」
Ryoma: So in other words, they aren’t part of the regular Federation forces.

凱
「ええ」
Guy: Correct.

竜馬
「ラー・カイラムを狙ってるんなら、敵だ。
わかってるな、ボルテスチーム?
迷ってたら、やられるのはてめえらだぞ」
Ryoma: If they’re gunning for the Ra Cailum, that makes them enemies. You got that, Voltes Team? If you hesitate, you’re gonna get your ass kicked.

健一
(向こうが攻撃してくるのなら、
俺たちはここで倒れるわけにはいかない…!)
Kenichi: (We can’t just let ourselves get taken down if the other side is going to attack us...!)

健一
「みんな、いくぞ!」
Kenichi: Let’s do it, guys!

一平
「わかったぜ。
黙ってやられるのは御免だからよ」
Ippei: Got it. Not like I wanted to just keep my mouth shut and get wailed on anyways.

(Ra Cailum’s radar pings again.)

トーレス
「高熱源体、接近中! 数は1!
所属は不明!」
Torres: We’re picking up a powerful heat signature approaching us! One unit! Affiliation unknown!

アルベルト
「今度は何が来るんだ!?」
Alberto: What is it now!?

(Didarion appears.)

ディーダリオン
(…やはり、ここだったか)
Didarion: (...Like I thought, this is the place.)

メグ
「ディーダリオン!
どうして、こんな所に!?」
Meg: Didarion! What are you doing here!?

ディーダリオン
(メグ…俺は、お前を…)
Didarion: (Meg... You are...)

ユンナ
(こちらを見ている…?)
Yunna: (Is he looking at us...?)

フォウ
「なんなの、あれは?」
Four: What is that thing?

カミーユ
「わからない。モビルスーツには見えないが…」
Kamille: No idea. It doesn’t look like a mobile suit...

竜馬
「あいつは味方だ。とりあえずはな」
Ryoma: That guy’s cool. For now anyways.

ジェリド
「何者かしらんが、邪魔をするなら叩き潰す!
各機、仕掛けるぞ!」
Jerid: I dunno who you people are, but if you get in our way, you’re getting crushed! All units, move in!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(This exchange triggers if Kamille battles Jerid.)

ジェリド
「この日をどれだけ待ったことか!
貴様との因縁、ここで断ち切ってやる!」
Jerid: I’ve been waiting for this day! I’m settling our history here and now, you bastard!

カミーユ
「お前はいつまで個人の理屈で、
戦争をやるつもりなんだ!?」
Kamille: Just how long are you going to keep fighting over your own personal vendetta!?

ジェリド
「そうさせたのは、貴様だろうが!」
Jerid: You pulled me into the fight in the first place!

(This exchange triggers if Banagher and Jerid battle.)

ジェリド
「そのガンダムを渡してもらうぞ!」
Jerid: Hand over that Gundam!

バナージ
「させるものか、あなたみたいな人に!」
Banagher: I’m not going to give the Unicorn to someone like you!

(This line triggers when Jerid has been defeated.)

ジェリド
「ええい、これ以上は無理か!
あの連中さえいなければ…!」
Jerid: Dammit, this is as far as I can go! If only that group hadn’t got in our way...!

(Battle 2 ends.)

「敵機、戦域から離脱!」
Torres: All enemy units have withdrawn from the combat zone!

ブライト
「追撃は不要だ。
修理と補給が必要な機体は帰艦させろ。
それ以外は周辺の警戒を」
Bright: There’s no need to pursue. Recall all machines to the ship for the necessary repairs and resupplies. Other than that, keep a tight watch on the perimeter.

トーレス
「あの白い所属不明機はどうします?」
Torres: What about the white unidentified machine?

ブライト
「SR計画のメンバーに事情を聞こう」
Bright: We should hear what the SR Project members have to say about it.

Didarion: ...

メグ
「ディーダリオン、聞こえる?
あたしのことがわかる?」
Meg: Didarion, can you hear me? Do you recognize who I am?

あなたは何故、ここへ来たの?」
Meg: Why won’t you answer? How did you get here?

Torres: The unidentified machine has withdrawn from the combat zone!

「あ、あたし、追いかけます!」
Meg: I-I’ll go after him!

「待て。
俺たちの任務は、ラー・カイラムの護衛だぞ」
Ryoma: Hold it. Our job is to escort the Ra Cailum.

メグ
「あ…は、はい」
Meg: Ah... R-right...

竜馬
(あの野郎、メグを…
俺たちを守ると言いやがったな)
Ryoma: (That guy said he was going to protect Meg—No, us...)

竜馬
(だから、あの時…早乙女のジジイと対決した時、
奴は俺に加勢したのか…)
Ryoma: (So that’s why he helped me out back when I was facing off against old man Saotome...)

Bright: My name is Bright Noa, captain of the Ra Cailum. You all have my gratitude for your assistance.

「[GGG]の獅子王凱です。
一年戦争の英雄とお会いできるなんて、光栄ですよ」
Guy: Guy Shishioh of [GGG]. It’s an honor to meet a hero of the One Year War.

竜馬
「俺は流竜馬…ゲッターのパイロットだ。
早速だが、あんたたちの事情を聞かせてもらおうか。
一本角のガンダムの秘密ってのは、なんだ?」
Ryoma: I’m Ryoma Nagare... A Getter pilot. Let’s cut to the chase, what’s the deal here? What’s that secret behind the one-horned Gundam that guy mentioned?

「君たちがそれを知る必要はない。越権行為だぞ」
Alberto: You people don’t need to know that. It’s above your authority.

竜馬
「なんだ、てめえは?」
Ryoma: And just who the hell are you?

Alberto: Anaheim Electronics’ Alberto Vist.

竜馬
「ふん…一企業の人間が軍に口出しするのか。
そっちの方が越権行為じゃねえか」
Ryoma: Hmm... A businessman poking his nose in what a military man does. Kinda sounds to me like that’s above YOUR authority.

アルベルト
「ユニコーンは我々が開発した試作モビルスーツだ。

This refers to the Principality of Zeon, defeated by the Earth Federation in the One Year War.
After the One Year War, the Principality of Zeon turned into the Republic of Zeon and signed a truce with the Earth Federation; however, many remnant forces refused to acknowledge this fact.

It is said that if the "box" were to be opened, the Federal Government would be utterly overthrown.

An organization opposing the Titans' plan to take possession of the Earth Federation Forces.
It is an abbreviation of "Anti-Earth Union Group".
It was founded by EFF Commodore Blex Forer specifically to stand up against the Titans.
