  1. OPEN ON:
  2.
  3. Earth from outer space.
  4. Directly parallel to Earth from behind is the sun, and the moon is inching between the two for a lunar eclipse.
  5. Sparkling stars surround the planets.
  6.
  7. DEEP-VOICED ANNOUNCER (V.O.)
  8. 2018. God can no longer bear the burden any
  9. longer. Final judgment befalls his worst creation yet:
  10. Earth.
  11.
  12. As soon as the announcer is finished, the moon has finally fully blocked out the sun.
  13. Just as the lunar eclipse is complete, the Earth disappears with a flash.
  14.
  15. We then move to see a closer shot of the sun. We hear violent flames and a very distant ghostly laugh, as the Earth reappears very near the sun’s rays.
  16. The Earth shines red as the camera moves in closer on it.
  17.
  18. Various shots of tragedy flash on the screen as we hear indiscriminate screams of bloody murder and children crying.
  19.
  20. CUT TO:
  21.
  22. A mother drenched in sweat hiding beneath a large oak tree in New York Central Park.
  23. She is desperately removing her clothing to get some kind of relief from the heat.
  24. She juggles an infant in her arms wrapped in a blanket.
  25. We get a close up of her bare back, reddened with blisters popping and sizzling.
  26. CUT TO:
  27.
  28. The back seat of an SUV in the parking lot of a shopping centre. Through the rear wind shield, we see people in the background scurry around screaming.
  29. The camera lowers to reveal the occupants of the back seat: two children, limp with reddened faces, strapped in their car seats.
  30. Heat distortion warps the atmosphere in the vehicle.
  31.
  32. CUT TO:
  33.
  34. The dashboard of a commercial airliner.
  35. We see various dials and lights power down with an electrical buzz fizzing out.
  36. The camera moves to the shoulder of the plane and we see the engine’s propellers slow before coming to a complete stop.
  37. We return to the cockpit and see two bull beastmen pilots panicking and fiddling with the controls.
  38. The copilot looks up from the controls for a moment, breathing heavily, and focuses out on the horizon.
  39. The giant sun taking up the entire sky, burning red hot, glints through the cockpit.
  40. The entire frame is then filled with the bull’s pupil dilating before he forces his eyelid shut hard and begins screaming I’m blind! I’m blind!
  41.
  42. CUT TO;
