There's a huge computer parts company which opened up in Karakura town one day. It looked normal and it sold the regular computer stuff. However what people did not know was that the higher ups of the company consisted of highly spiritual aware people. They've been researching and studying Shinigamis and Hollows as well as Fullbrings for quite some time now ever since they became 'awakened'.

Using their money and resources, they managed to find out that they possessed reiatsu and can manipulate it to give them enhanced capabilities. Knowing such they gathered a group of 10 with high spritiual awareness and taught them how to use their reiatsu for combat. They were henceforth known as "The Organization" and their jobs involve kidnapping Shinigamis, collecting Hollow specimens, etc to further advance in their knowledge of the spiritual world.
