Pokemon Borderline 0

Welcome to the BL0 project! I have been involved in discussions about there being a tier between Ubers and OU, so I have made this little paste to make the format. This format will bring down some Pokémon banned from OU that just don't fit in Ubers. Some Pokémon may be unbanned due to having a status back in OU and I would like to see how the fare, others are just because they are terrible in Ubers. So without further ado, here is your tier!

Clauses:

Swagger Clause: Swagger is banned

Baton Pass Clause: You can only use BP without any boosting moves/abilities.

Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep

Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon

OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned

Moody Clause: Moody is banned

Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned

Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned

HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages.

Pokémon brought down from Ubers:

Aegislash
Mega Mawile
Deoxys-S
Deoxys-D
Deoxys Normal
Genesect
Arceus: Bug, Grass, Fire.
Giratina-O
Landorus-I
Some other Pokémon are still being thought about.



Some extra bans:

Soul Dew is banned!
Shaymin-Sky and Mega Kangaskhan have been hardbanned. Shaymin just kind of cripples the metagame, and Mega Kangaskhan just does not have enough reliable counters and/or checks to keep it balanced enough.

Mega Lucario was a tough ban, but I eventually went through with the ban due to its crippling offenses.

Greninja was voted for ban after being in the tier for a while. Having 1 or 2 actual switch ins was not healthy for the metagame.

Trapping abilities minus Magnet Pull have been banned! After a lot of talk, it was decided that you can easily put these with a big threat in the metagame and procede to trap and kill your opponent's check/counter to them.
