  2. For the crust:
  3. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  4. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  7. 1 egg yolk
  8.  
  9. For the filling:
  10. 5 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
  11. 1 3/4 cups sugar
  12. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  13. 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  14. 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  15. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  16. 5 eggs
  17. 2 egg yolks
  18. 1/4 cup whipping cream

  20. Crust:
  21. Heat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Spray 9x13 pan with
  22. non-stick cooking spray. Knead all crust ingredients together by
  23. hand. Press into 9x13 pan pan and back until golden, 8 to 10
  24. minutes. Let cool.

  26. Filling:
  27. Heat oven to 475 degrees farenheit. Beat cream cheese, sugar,
  28. flour, orange peel, lemon peel, salt, and two eggs in a large
  29. bowl until mixture is smooth. Continue beating, adding remaining
  30. eggs and egg yolks, 1 at a time. Beat in whipping cream on low
  31. speed. Pour into pan, bake 15 minutes.
  32. Reduce oven temperature to 200 degrees farenheit.
  33. Bake 45 minutes.
  34. Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven 15 minutes.
  35. Remove from oven, allow to cool before covering and
  36. refridgerating for at least 12 hours.
