Staying 100% anonymous is key. Read every word and follow closely.

Set up:

1. Create a new user account within your computer. Whenever you’re going to access your accounts, use this user account. Never open your accounts on your other user accounts. Also, never use your real Amazon account on this user account.

2. Download a VPN. Hotspot Shield works well and is free.

3. Activate the VPN

4. Go to ipinfo.io and make sure the location listed is *not* where you actually are. This will ensure that you’re staying anonymous.

5. Create a new Amazon account. Do not use any of your real personal information.

6. Create an eBay account if you don’t already have one. Use your real name and phone number, or you may run into issues. You do not need to create a new eBay account for this. Nothing illegal will be linked to your eBay account, you will just look like a regular seller.

7. Create a PayPal account if you don’t already have one. Use your real name, phone number, address, bank, etc. Do not fake ANY information on your PayPal account (except birthday if necessary). Again, nothing illegal is linked to your PayPal account.

8. Buy a Visa gift card in a store. Do not buy one online. Do *not* buy a net spend or reloadable visa gift card. You want a non reloadable visa gift card. I recommend ~$175 to start, though any amount will work. The higher the amount, the more you will make. Do not go above $250. It should not require any online activation.

9. Apply the visa gift card to your new Amazon account. For the name, use “Gift Card Recipient”.

10. Optional:
    1. Buy a pack of poly mailers. You can find them on eBay or Amazon easily, usually 100 will run you about $10. Choose a smaller option for size.

    2. Buy a label printer and some labels. Makes the process a lot easier. A label printer will cost about $50, but you can get a refund on it. Just make sure to use your real account (a few refunds will not look suspicious).

    3. Buy a large quantity of cheap items to send back. I bought a pack of 200 headphones for something like $15 on eBay.

    4. Make multiple Amazon accounts. If you want to expand, just make more amazon accounts. Use a different credit card for each account, and use 1 eBay account for everything.


Execution:

1. Find an item on Amazon $10-20 below the amount on your visa gift card. If you used a $175 gift card, find an item around $150. Make sure the item is shipped from Amazon and not a third party.

2. Download all of the pictures from the Amazon listing. You can do this by clicking on the picture, which will enlarge it. Right click on each individual picture and save as.

3. Make a listing on eBay for this item. You can just copy the name from Amazon. Upload all of the pictures. You can leave the description blank, or write something along the lines of “100% New, authentic, sealed. Same day processing, 1-2 day shipping”. For the PayPal email, use your PayPal account.

4. Wait for someone to buy the item. If it doesn’t sell within a day or two, consider lowering the price. The faster you sell the item, the faster you get more money.

5. Ship the item from Amazon to the buyer on eBay. Add the item to your cart, and just copy all of the buyer’s information for the shipping info. Again, do *not* ship this to yourself. You are sending it straight from Amazon to the eBay buyer. I recommend using the fastest shipping option available. The faster the buyer receives the item, the faster you will get the refund. All shipping costs are refunded anyway.

6. Create a refund on Amazon once the item is delivered to the buyer. Click on orders, and then return item. The reason for the return is wrong item sent. You can claim to have received any item, but be aware you must ship this back to Amazon. Use something that seems legit, like a pair of headphones, and not something you just found outside. Select UPS drop off as the shipping method. Select refund instead of replacement, and to your original payment method instead of a gift card.

7. Drop off your package in a UPS drop box. Make sure the item you claimed to receive is in the package, and the label Amazon sent you is on the package.

8. Open your Amazon account and click “help”. Click “Need More Help?”, the last option under “Browse Help Topics”. Click “Contact Us”, the second option. Skip the first section and jump to “Tell us more about your issue”. Select “More order issues”, the last option. Select “Other order question or issue”, the last option. Skip the summary, click on the “chat” button.

9. In the chat window, type “I've returned order # 123456789, can I please have a refund right now?” if they say they need to wait for the package to be delivered, wait for the package to be delivered and go through step 8 again. Be respectful. They may say that it will take 2 weeks or 3-5 days, but once they issue the refund it is usually available within a few hours.
