- Description: Monica, a mother of 4, had been working at the Western Financial Bank in Thousand Oaks,CA for a few months, when James and another man who has never been identified, entered. Demanding money, the other man led 3 employees to the vault, while James watched over Monica and the other employees who were forced to the ground and handcuffed. For unknown reasons, James shot Monica in the back of the head, before he and the other man fled with $11K. James was linked to the case more than 20 years later via DNA.
