Think about a negative conflict you have experienced. Write a short paragraph (50-75 words) describing the conflict, explaining why the outcome was a win-lose situation, and discussing what you learned from this negative conflict.

Bob and I got into another disagreement. You see, he thought that, since he got half the cows, he should get half the pasture. I said that wasn't fair, since they were all rightfully mine, and told him to get the hell off my property. He said no, so I went into my cabin and grabbed my shotgun, with which I threatened to murder him. He got off of my property right away and I never saw him again. He left me all of my cows as well.
