+MsPinkyrock __ The person appears to move about and even props himself up on his elbows at one point. At the end of the footage he also appears to roll on his side to send a text message (or play fruit ninja - it's not clear!).

Have you seen the original footage? I will be posting about this scene again and so if you have seen him moving about but have a reason for thinking he might not be a person - _let me know!_
