Letter to PB4 after Acenamacara meeting

My Prince,
     I hope this finds you well.  I bring concerning news regarding a meeting that took place at Acenamacra.  Khoheke of house Moglin was holding a meeting regarding his war, utilizing the population’s fear of necromancy to draw them into it. He also said there were offshore ships ready to fire at Acenemacra if there were any troubles at the tavern where the meeting was.  I feel I would be derelict of my duties if I did not at least make sure you had an ear towards it, as your citizens waging a private war for a Rathan House under the guise of fighting necromancy could have a repercussive effect on all of us.
