- Spinny head guy after the above was moved slightly lower down in EN (probably for visibility sake)
- The blue things after the spinny head can be grabbed from the front in JP. In EN they can only be grabbed from the sides
- The 1-up and blue gems above the radiator thing are placed higher up in EN (probably to help you know where to jump)
