Evening all! As we are now doing our separate projects as over 18s and under 18s, we need extra sets of eyes from adults to keep an eye out on the under 18s whilst rehearsing as we have a policy on the number of over 18s needed to be supervising the under 18s. It was previously suggested in a board meeting by a parent of one of our members that maybe some parents could come in on Friday's to be an extra helping hand when the over 18s are busy (which will be happening a lot over the next couple of months!) Are there any parents/gaurdians/trustworthy family members that are over 18 who can come and sit in for rehearsals? We provide tea and coffee 😀 please comment below!
