Dear Jacob,

I am sorry I had a bad news for you. As we have made some improvements on the shell of C819 earlier this year, which also concerns the bracket connector part on the product. So the old bracket can't fit for this new shell of C819. However, as our people forgot to update the system and put the wrong old bracket in the giftbox in the shipment on the way to you, which is already on the flight today and expected to reach you on May 7th. With this old bracket, it's hard to install it to the product. We just found out this problem today in the system. It's a big issue, so we are planning to ship the new brackets to you at our cost to you for replacement today immediately after getting your confirmation.
