around like.. the end of fate/hollow ataraxia, you can interact with caren at the church for the last time. angra mainyu pretty much outright rapes her i think and it's an entire h-scene. i wasn't able to read much of it and discern whether or not it actually counts as rape because i felt nauseous and ill mid way and had to skip the entire thing;; i'm really sorry, but with how the beginning went i still suggest proceeding with caution
