Today 17 days passed and still same problems...site uptime rate is around % 65 .

This is not a hosting service...
I will publish black mail on the internet about you and warn other peoples...
I will also cancel service and request payment back...
Today is last day to solve this problem!

Hello Jan,

The issue got fixed 3 days ago, and it took place at the beginning of the last week not 17 days.
If its not solved for your website yet please open another ticket to move it to another node which have a 2nd type of protection.

and customer satisfaction is our number one priority we could refund your payment if you want just open a sales ticket and continue there.

I think you have an issue with the file permissions on your account, Can you take a backup and i will reinstall the full account for you and create a totally new one?

Actually i have tried to add a simple index.html file to your website and it worked i've check the domain you have added them
and i can't find any addon domain at your cPanel so how you are trying to add folders with a non configured permissions and want it to work?

All professional hosting companies give 30 days money back quarantee...because into 30 days you can understand that it is a good hosting company or not.


yours is funny 6 days, yes 6 days later you switch off hosting service and if paypal does not refund, it means that you steal money from peoples...
