  1. [Crusade Occupational Specialty]
  2. On progression to Pvt, a Crusader may begin training for their Crusade Occupational Specialty. They are expected to gain Mastery over it the further they progress in Rank. Once Mastered, a Crusader will gain a Certification for their COS and may choose up to two more as long as their Metrics are met and their COS classes are passed. Failure to meet Metrics or Pass COS Classes will result in the removal of ALL COS Certifications until classes are re-passed.

  4. The current COS are:
  5.
  6. -Power Armor
  7. An augmented suit of robotically assisted High-Impact Armor. The suit also possesses other features that enhance its wearer's abilities. It has numerous clips, belts, and magnetic holsters for the attachment of additional weapons and ammunition; an advanced Heads-Up-Display (HUD) linked to sensors in the gloves detects the type of weapon and devices held, and to project shield strength, ammunition count, a targeting reticle, waypoints, a radio uplink for communication, health monitoring and other helpful data. The suit weighs roughly half a ton or 1000 lbs when in use, and is a fully neural-linked system.
  8.
  9. While it has no internal weapons systems, it is essentially a wearable armored vehicle and possesses incredible strength at the loss of some dexterity. A suit of Power Armor makes the user stand at between 7-8ft tall, and gives the ability to lift objects up to
  10.
  11.
  12. -Exo-Suit
  13. A large Military Exoskeletal Mech with heavy weapons capabilities. They stand at roughly 20-ft tall with large Carry Bars on their backs for Airlift and Skydrop capabilities. They feature a central cockpit with a neuronet system for their Singular Pilot, as well as a open-handed Power Arm with heavy anti-artillery plating. They also feature a ‘Display Screen’ below the cockpit to display custom messages to those on the ground and a PA speaker system.
  14.
  15. With their size and strength, Exo-Suits are rather clunky and bulky and are not intended for high-maneuverability or dexterity. They are walking tanks with an assortment of arm-mounted weapons from Ultra-Caliber Rounds to Flamethrowers to Plasma swords. Piloting an Exo-Suit means successfully Neurocalibrating with one, something not every person is capable of.
  16.
  17.
  18. -Marksman
  19. While most aiming systems are Digital, EMPs and other system-jamming anti-weapons make the auto-assists on most modern weapons null. Marksman specialists are apt to learn how to fire from the hip on all kinds of weapons, with special interest in Non-Automated Long-Distance Sniper Rifles and RPGs. A dying and rare COS, Marksmans are few and far between but inherently necessary in modern War.
  20.
  21.
  22. -Piloteering
  23. Learning to pilot airborne and space-faring vessels from Speeder Ships to City Arks, Piloteers are invaluable to the Crusade. They are able to command and fluently interface with almost every piece of flying technology the Crusade has at their disposal. Piloteers may also learn how to use Jetpack Suits for single-person, high-maneuverability situations.
