PDP rules writeup

To help you combat the Panel De Pon puzzles, here is a small overview of rules you need to know:

1. A move is a swap between two panels. This includes swapping a panel with an empty space.
2. Panels can only be swapped horizontally.
3. Whenever a line of 3 or more is made in horizontal and/or vertical direction, the panels are cleared immediately.
4. Panels are subject to gravity. Panels will drop down whenever they are above an empty coordinate.
