Hi Ben and Tyler,

Please work out between you both who messed up this order,

If it’s Tyler’s mess up it would be the fact he gave the wrong measurements.

If it’s Ben’s mess up it will be because the correct measurement given by Tyler wasn’t given to the blind company properly letting them know that the measurement given is floor to ceiling as Tyler stated and no allowance has been made for the track and 10mm for movement.

Or if it was not either of you then it will be the blind company’s fault either way I am not paying for this mistake so please let me know who is at fault so we can either get the blind company to send new ones for free if they are at fault if not then it Ben or Tyler unfortunately one of you will be paying for the mistake.
