  1. Dyntinnia is actually a moon to a large gas giant orbiting a blue sun, and roughly .87x the size of Alternia. It has shorter day/night cycles than Alternia, but longer sweeps by 1.36x.
  2.
  3. Due to harsh radiation from the gas giant it orbits, the surface of Dyntinnia is uninhabitable at all times. Mostly barren rock with occasional lakes of sulfur on the surface. Luckily, the colony had massive caverns under the surface of the planet, spanning in vast networks.
  4.
  5. Dyntinnia is made largely of sulfurous materials, mostly Celestite. Celestite is phosphorous and glows blue under uv light exposure. Some caverns were composed of other sulfurous materials, and some were too radioactive for lowbloods or midbloods to live without worry of mutations or radiation poisoning.
  6.
  7. Dyntinnia hosts hotsprings and lakes of blue fire closer to the core. While some hotsprings have been made useable for high bloods, lowbloods are advised not to try swimming in them for their own health.
  8.
  9. Dyntinnia has a larger chance to produce mutants than other colonies, partly in due to the chance of a brooding cavern being near a radioactive cavern.
  10.
  11. Dyntinnia’s only native fauna are large scuttling beasts that feed on the radiation produced by the gas giant Dyntinnia orbits. These are bug-like creatures are generally oblivious to trolls and lusus and move at about the pace of a jogging olive blood. They can carry approximately 1ton of materials, and have 0 aggression. They are not trainable, as they are too dumb to follow directions or orders.
  12.
  13. If you wish to quickly travel from one side of the planet to another and don’t wish to navigate the complex cavern systems, putting on a radiation suit and using one of the nearby Scuttlebeasts that looks to be moving in the direction you want is a valid option.
