What experience do you have as a minecraft moderator?

As a moderator, my experience is plentiful. I have been staff on a few popular minecraft servers. Below I will include what servers I have been staff on and what I have gained in experience from being affiliated with them.

One of the biggest servers that I have been staff on is mc.jujucraft.net. It is currently a hub server averaging 700 people in peak times. The experience I have gained from being staff here is the ability to stay calm when many members of the server are messaging you questions.

One last server that I have experience being staff on is littlekits.net. This was a medium size KitPvP server that averaged 75 people in its prime (when I was staff). From being staff on this server, I have learned more about how to tell if someone is hacking or not (To the best of my ability).

Those are a select few of the many minecraft servers that I have moderated. I really think that being staff on MinecraftPlay.com would help me continue to improve as a staff member.
