Rejected tjTODAY has a few thank-yous we'd like to give out:
First of all, thanks to the administration, Ms. Harris, and the staff of Actual tjTODAY for not shutting us the hell down.
We thank graduating senior Adam "Zeal" An, the creator and rejected editor-in-chief, for his contributions to rejected journalism. Adam has been regularly bringing you the latest rejected news from TJHSST since December 2014. He wrote a strong majority of all headlines and has managed the page for its entire existence.
We also thank the following previously unrevealed seniors and graduates for their supporting contributions to rejected journalism: Josh Cotton, Peter Foley, Thai Le, Cheryl Mensah, Michelle Namkung, Gil Osofsky, Claudia Richoux, Ally Scholle, Yena Seo, Michael Smith, Fox Wilson, James Woglom, and Edward Zhou, along with many other folks who’d prefer not to be named. These rejected journalists have written the occasional headline, weeded out the crappy ones, and been integral to the quality of our journalism. (Gavin Moore, too, but you already knew about him.)
And most of all, thanks to you, our readers, for taking Rejected tjTODAY from just another stupid idea and ending our second year on a community of more than a thousand strong.
Rejected tjTODAY will continue in capable hands, and maybe this time around their identities will actually be a secret, since Adam sucks massive gorilla balls at keeping secrets.
The staff of Rejected tjTODAY is now on hiatus for summer break! We look forward to bringing you the latest rejected news from TJHSST next September.
