  1. Balis conversation about necromancy should be changed a bit. His problem is with Daubarth and Necromancy, but you should be able to alleviate his problem with Necromancy by being a Conjurer, and also saying you'll keep Daubarth in line.
  2. (Topics in 1 lead to 2, topics in 2 lead to 3, etc.)

  4.
  5. P: I am a proficient conjurer. I can ensure his ritual will not get out of hand.
  6.
  7. B: Fine. Even if a reanimation on this scale were successful, what then? What about Daubarth?
  8.
  9. B: How do you know he won't turn against us? Or you?
  10.

  16.
  17. P: We all want to Winterhold to thrive, don't we?
  18.
  19. B: You're sure it won't become a ruse to try and usurp the town? Or be unsustainable?
  20.
  21. >
  22.
  23. P: He said himself that he came here to help us. I believe that to be genuine.
  24.
  25. B: And if it isn't? What if he does try to take over Winterhold? Or you no longer get along with him?

  33. P: There will be cooperation. I help him, he helps us. At the end of the day, we all win.
  34.
  35. B: Well, you seem more level-headed than he does, so this doesn't seem as bad as before.
  36.
  37. >
  38.
  39. P: If that becomes the case, I will kill him myself. That's a promise.
  40.
  41. B: It's your word against mine, but you seem competent. Enough to keep this under control.
  42.
  43. >
  44.
  45. P: Now that you mention it, usurping the town sounds like fun!
  46.
  47. B: This... This is not what I wanted to hear.
  48.

  52.
  53. B: Necromancer aside, how about if the town ends up disagreeing with you? These are their honored dead, after all.
  54.
  55. B: Even if you're using them for the good of the town, they might find the idea... unsavory, to say the least.
  56.
  57. B: If someone finds out that their dead ancestors are digging tunnels, that might lead to some problems.

  66.
  67. B: That... doesn't sound good.
  68.

  70.
  71. P: I don't need you to agree, worm. Don't get in the way, or you'll be cut down.

  85. P: Umm... It was a joke?
  86.
  87. B: Uhhh?

  92.
  93. P: We'll just have to see beyond sentimentality for the time being. We need to invest in the future.
  94.
  95. B: I suppose. It's a lot of speculation, for sure.

  103. B: I am still unsure of how this will pan out. The darkest reaches of necromancy are still foul even if met by the most skilled of practitioners.
  104.
  105. B: But I am willing to give it a chance if you guide Daubarth, like you said you would. Conceptually, undead still repulse me.
  106.
  107. B: I'm only doing this because I believe in you, and that you'll do this town some real good this way.
