Ouma run:

-You're a hardcore liar. Whenever there is an option to lie during a dialogue, you must take it. It doesn't matter if this goes against your intentions for the quest, you're committed to this shit.
-No murder. You cannot start combat with anyone and all missions must be completed in a non-lethal manner. Companion kills do not count as yours, however, and you may kill if and only if someone attacks you first and you cannot escape without dying.
-You must refuse to do any assassination missions that involve you directly killing. Obviously, this means legion and house are out.
-Every time you come across a robot, you must bully it with an Electro Hammer (X-2 antenna from OWB, console command it into your inventory). This means kill it or knock it into unconciousness. Stealth bullying is fine but if people notice you, you must accept your ass kicking.
-Steal things frequently and use glitches in the game to cheat, like the Skilled trait glitch.

-100 HONORABLE WOMEN FOR NEE-SAN. You must kill 100 women while being undetected during each of the kills. Female raiders, Jackals, Khans, Van Graffs, slaves and prostitutes are not honorable and do not count. Anyone who attacks you first does not count, they must be innocent.
-Guns are for the uncultured. You can only use melee weapons, especially bladed ones.
-The despair of humanity is beautiful. Join the legion but choose to nuke both the NCR and the legion at the end of lonesome road. Help out the cannibals. Bomb the strip with chlorine. Do it.
-You love old world culture to it's fullest and must appreciate the cultural artifacts left over. You must buy, steal or take every dinky the T-Rex toy, toy rocket, nuka cola merchandise,  garden gnome and pre-war book you come across. You don't have to carry them with you, but you must pick them up and put them into a safe area.
-You must collect all the snowglobes.
-You love reading about the beauty of humanity. You must read all the skill books.
-You must remain at very evil karma.

Tsumugi run:

-You must cosplay! When you are in a NCR camp, you must be in NCR armor. When in rome/the legion camp, do as the romans do. You're a gambler on the strip, a vault dweller in the vaults, and so on and so forth. You're only allowed to change cosplays when you go into another area that requires a new cosplay to blend in.
-To this, your true reputation with everyone must be neutral. You cannot side with either the NCR or the Legion. House is your TDR. Or you can do a copycat game and go with Yes-Man.
-Fiction is better than reality. Read all the skill books and every lore terminal you come across. Find all of the wild wasteland events as well.
-You're wallpaper, so don't go making any friends. Don't use companions, don't endear people to yourself by being especially nice to them and you can't fuck anyone either.
-Become an otaku about something. Pick one non-weapon object and compulsively collect every single one you can find, and go out of your way to find more.
-You must remain at evil karma.

Miu run:
-SPECIAL: S:4 P:6 E:6 C:2 I:9 A:7 L:7
-Tagged skills: Science, Repair, Energy Weapons
-Traits: Built to Destroy, Hoarder
-You're an inventor, so invent. When you get a gun, you must mod it to it's fullest possible capacity before using it. Craft poisons, medicine, weapons and armor whenever you have the materials for them.
-Everyone else's shit sucks. Console command yourself to having Mad Bomber from the start. The explosives you make are the only ones you're allowed to use.
-FUCK EVERYONE. Take black widow + cherchez la femme and fuck every prostitute, stripper and optional sexual encounter you can. Install a sex mod to do this more accurately.
-Do drugs. You must always be high on something. When one drug wears off, you must do another that fits the situation at hand. If nothing does, then default to jet.
-Take all science, plasma/energy, explosive and fire related perks. Take implant GRX as well because you're a cyborg.
-The legion are squares because they don't like technology and fuck the NCR police and that old man dick House. Go with Yes-Man.
-ED-E or Rex must be your companion at all times. You suck at socializing, so no human companions are allowed.
-If you fail to hack a computer, kill yourself.
-No karma requirement, you're a free bitch.

Saihara run:
-SPECIAL: S:4 P:9 E:4 C:6 I:9 A:4 L:5
-Tagged skills: Speech, Medicine, Science
-Traits: Good Natured, Trigger Discipline
-You're a detective, so no cutting corners or leaving out evidence. If there's a quest with multiple routes with layering levels of difficulty, you must choose the hardest route and exhaust all possible options before completing it. No shortcuts!
-You're also devoted to the truth. You cannot lie, ever. Additionally, when talking to someone, you must go through all of their dialogue options.
-You're a fairly weak person by yourself who needs someone to back them up at all times. You must always travel with a human companion and cannot use ED-E/Rex.
-You're weak in general. You can only use one-handed guns. You cannot use melee weapons, unarmed, or excessively large guns like sniper/gauss rifles or miniguns.
-You cannot accept quests that require you to assassinate people. You're allowed to kill, but only in self defense.
-You must read all skill books and lore terminals you come across.
-Good detectives don't do drugs and keep a clear mind. You cannot use any or drink any alcohol. Stimpacks are the only exception.
-You're a good person who disapproves of slavery and totalitarianism, but you don't trust yourself or a single dictator to rule. Go with the NCR.
-You must remain at very good karma.

Maki run:

-Tagged skills: Guns, Melee Weapons, Survival
-Traits: Hot Blooded, Kamikaze
-Play on hardcore mode.
-You're an assassin, not a diplomat. If there is a violent/lethal option to complete a quest, you must take that one. You cannot talk things out when guns could do the job faster.
-Assassins are only made to kill. Only invest your skill points into offensive skills (Energy Weapons, Guns, Explosives, Melee Weapons, Sneak, Survival) until it's impossible to do so.
-You're an experienced killer. Console command yourself to start out with the ninja, sniper and hunter perks.
-Travel light. Only use light armor and the bare essentials for staying alive in terms of food/water.
-You follow orders and want to get things done efficiently and cleanly. Go with House.
-If you're given a command, you must follow it. This means if you get to dead money, you must follow all of Elijah's commands to the letter.
-If you walk into a fight happening, you must join in immediately, regardless of who's fighting each other.
-If you get caught stealth killing someone, you must kill yourself.
-Give the slave girl in the legion camp her teddy bear. Very important.
-You must remain at neutral karma.
