  23. - Officers can host any type of non-divisional training.
  24. - HC are lazy
  25. - Be harsh to trainees to gain respect, trainees can not question me unless I'm wrong.
  26. - I should be strict but not too strict.
  27. - FM of trainings is very active.
  28. - Using chatlogs in trainings is useful.
  29. - Pay attention to nicks of trainees then you might learn more about them
  30. and learn who is a troll
  31. - Trolls should be dismissed once they start causing trouble.
  32. - During obbies you can disable PTS and allow trainees to talk freely
  33. - Obbies are the part of your training where you can get really creative, You can decide to shoot at them while they are doing the obby to test how they can do them under pressure, If they dont talk at all then they failed(Teamwork one).
  34. - Unit sizes: (Squad - 11 or less | Platoon - 12-19 | Company - 20-34 | Battalion - 35-49 | Regiment - 50-59 | Brigade - 60+)
  35. -If you have a company of more than 20+ trainees then you may use :m to communicate with them.
