A Strange Occurrence
The characters find themselves at a Canadian National High School Rugby event in Kamloops, BC; a huge event for both the players and the band students, who are there as well as part of a Canadian High School Band Meet. Be they there as a player, band student, volunteer, or just a spectator, it’s sure to be an interesting event.

Character Creation Notes:
* You character should be a teenager, 20 at the oldest
* Create characters as if Kinfolk (including the lower starting stats)
* You will be Homid, naturally. Your Tribe and Auspice will be chosen for you
   * If the players choose, your starting Gifts and Crinos/Hispo/Lupus appearance can also be chosen for you
* You can hold onto some Freebies and Flaw/Merit slots until after the Change
* No stats at 5. As few stats at 4 as possible; remember you are still very young.
* No higher than Resources 2 and Allies 3.
* No supernatural or explicitly Garou-related Flaws/Merits.
* Your characters can be from anywhere within Canada and do not need to know each other.
* Please provide: why they are at the event, where they come from, what their family is like, and an at least moderately detailed appearance.
* You should not know about your Garou heritage

After the Change, the following apply:
* 15 additional freebie points, one free Attribute dot, three more Background dots, and 2 dots to distribute among Rage/Gnosis/Willpower
* You will be a Cub (Rank 0) and have no Renown
* You will only have your 3 starting Gifts and cannot buy more until attaining a Rank
* The following Backgrounds are restricted at character creation: Fetish, Mentor, Rites, Pack/Sept Status, Totem. Pure Breed, Ancestors, Fate, and Spirit Heritage can be bought after the Change. Totem can be bought later on and initial dots to afford a Totem will be given when one chooses you. If Silver Fang is chosen, you get 3 Pure Breed for free.
* Supernatural Flaws/Merits can be added.
