Had  you,  gentlemen,  seen  her,  you  would,  I am  sure,  have  admired  her,  and  not  been  at  all  astonished  at me  for  being  so  fond  of  her,  and  taking  so  much  pleasure  in hunting  with  her.  This  greyhound  ran  so  fast  and  so  long in  my  service,  that  she  wore  her  feet  down  above  her  ankles, so  that  in  her  old  age  I  was  able  to  turn  her  to  good  use  as a  terrier.
