1. Be an Outer God in the DYN Freaks jump. Any will suffice, for being descended from Azathoth will enable you to start inheriting Twilight Gold's supreme authority over existence to start materialising within you.

2. The true advantage of stopping in DC Occult is access to a magical library accessible in the Lakelanders' homeland, which neighbours the faerie dimension known as Gemworld. Within it is contained a language spoken by the Presence to create the world; the word for "Death" for example is sufficient to command Death of the Endless as an attack dog (or unwilling bride). Use Writ of Worlds and the gestalt magic system to engineer a ranged weapon of some sort from this language, in the style of the Red Key of Judgement, and also the Black Scythe which cleaves away the possibilities required for an event to occur-THIS IS IMPORTANT because DYN Freaks is described as "a story that cannot exist" implying it already has a very tenuous hold on causality.

3. Use Ouroboros: Continuum plus Contrary Contradiction plus any perks supplementing them to delay the Vortex Blaster long enough to come into your mastery of Azathoth's power. Because of the perks above, you will also be the strongest of Outer Gods in some sense, but it is still safer to use Azathoth's power in some sense as it is canonically proven against the Vortex Blaster's power and being the basis of all existence seems like a pretty unique power.
