What is your playtime for the server you are applying for? Currently 100 hours and 41 minutes.
When did you first join the NemeGaming network? I am not sure but I believe over a year ago for a Reddit UHC, but i believe I started playing actively around 3 months ago.
Have you ever been punished or banned on NemeGaming? If yes, What are the reasons and why should this not affect your chances of becoming staff on NemeGaming?
Yes, I was banned twice falsely which both were resolved.
The first ban was for "Ban Evading". After appealing the staff member that responded stated "Not too sure why your account was banned, I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy the server :)"

The second ban was today, June 15th, for "Hacking". This was also a false ban which I got resolved very quickly within the hour.

I have two mutes.
The first mute was rule 2c which is general toxicity.
The second was rule 2a which was spamming.
I believe I have learned from my mistakes and matured since the two mutes were issued.
Is there anything you would change or add onto the NemeGaming network?
No, I love the way the NemeGaming network is designed, I love the player base everyone is so welcoming and loving.
Sometimes there are some fights but I think that can be fixed by hard working staff members.

How many staff applications have you made on NemeGaming prior and why do you believe this one should be accepted?
This is my staff application and I believe it should be accepted because through my time playing Minecraft which has been over the last two years, I have always felt the need to help others. I believe that this position as a staff member would not only benefit myself but it would benefit other players as I know that as a staff member I can embrace my feelings.
Tell us about any previous staffing roles on other networks, and why should this experience help you as staff on NemeGaming?
I was once a lead admin on a Reddit UHC server that no longer exists anymore.
My former experience will help me to aid me when I'm helping players on the server.
Why are you the best candidate for Half-Mod?
I believe that I have multiple things to bring to the NemeGaming staff team.
I am outgoing and love to meet new people so I should have no problems with other members of the staff team. I believe that I have to offer many things such as not only the ability to help others but the effort and drive to.
I am not being pushed into the position I would happily take it which I believe is a big party or be a staff member, actually wanting and having the motivation to do your responsibilities.

Scenarios
You are the only staff member online with around 200 players. Questions are starting to become overwhelming, you’re currently trying to watch and record a hacker. Players want you on a variety of servers to help them out, some also just want general chit chat. Considering you’re watching a hacker who is ruining a number of players experiences, what would you do as a Half-Mod?
What I would do in this situation is first access the situation.
After doing this I would do everything by importance.
If one player needs to ask a simple question that has less importance than a cheater ruining multiple players game experience on NemeGaming.
So I would first tell everyone to please give me a moment because I am current addressing another situation right now and when I am finished I will be right with them.
First, I would address the most important situation.
Assuming that the hacker is the most important I would first record and punish the hacker.
Secondly, I would address all of the players needing assistance or having questions.
A bug/glitch has been found by yourself which allows you to spawn in items or abuse the economy. You’ve noticed that a number of players have become quite rich recently and you have no idea who they are. What would you do in this instance?
I would not call them out directly because assuming I am not sure that is how they got rich I do want to make false accusations because that looks bad.
So first I would go to my mentor or a higher-up staff member and tell them about it.
Depending on what happens and if they are abusing the bug/glitch. I would punish them accordingly.
You’re either on MineChat or your recording software isn’t working, quite a few players are messaging you about a suspected hacker who is also quite well known in the community. After checking staff chat for assistance nobody seems to be online, what would you do?
I ask the few players making the accusations to please record the suspected hacker and please send it the recording to me as soon as possible.
After receiving the recordings I would evaluate the recordings and if the player is hacking I would ban them accordingly.
A large number of players have started to riot due to the ban of a well known member of the community. More and more players are coming online, jumping on the bandwagon and rioting. You do not have permission to mute chat, slow chat down, nor can you keep up with the screenshotting of spam to punish. What would you do as a half-mod?
I would ask the players to please not spam chat or they will be punished. If they do not stop I will call another staff member on the team to come on and help me mute every player rioting or spamming
