Terms of Service for Temporary

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Temporary (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, interacting with, or using the Bot in any way, you agree to these Terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Bot Usage
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

2.2 Permitted Use
The Bot is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use the Bot in a way that violates Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Bot, its servers, or the networks connected to the Bot.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot, or to defeat or overcome any encryption or digital rights management technology implemented by the Bot.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
3.1 User Content
By using the Bot, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute any content you submit through the Bot. You retain all rights to your content and are responsible for it.

3.2 Bot Content
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Grant Cody or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Bot without prior written consent.

4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Bot. By using the Bot, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers
5.1 No Warranty
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

5.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions, or errors, including but not limited to those caused by third-party service providers or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grant Cody and its affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Bot;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
Any errors, bugs, or omissions in the Bot;
Any interruptions or cessation of the Bot.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grant Cody, its affiliates, licensors, and partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Bot;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The U.S., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within The U.S..
