- Commonly confused words
- 1. Fares on most airlines can be a grate bargain.

- 4. The airlines know that many people will except poor conditions if the price is right.
- 5. When choosing among airlines, most customers will take the flight that costs less dollars.
- 6. The flights maybe more crowded and there maybe little or no food, but many customers put up with poor conditions.
- 7. If flying were an everyday experience, more passengers in economy class might rebel against the cramped seats.
- 8. The airlines ensure people that passenger comfort is important, but for some airlines, good service is not quiet a priority.
- 9. Whether you're a frequent flier or an occasional traveler, you know that airlines aren't looking for compliments from their economy passengers.
- 10. Airlines may be conscious of the discomfort of passengers in the cheap seats, but they probably will not change their ways unless they lose business.

- Objective
- ABC Invitation Design and XYZ Invitation Printing have decided to merge into one company, A2Z Invitations. ABC is a virtual company with a proprietary website that allows customers to do some preliminary work on invitations and then consult with a designer for the final product. XYZ is a traditional company with a system that allows customers to submit designs and track their orders. It also has a contact management and invoicing system. ABC will be moving its application into the XYZ data center and will be using all of XYZ's back end systems.
- Both companies have experienced data breaches in the past and do not want to have them in the future. A2Z has hired you to do a security analysis of its new network and to recommend how it can be set up in a secure manner. It has budgeted for a capital expenditure (outside of man hours) of $250,000 for hardware and software and $25,000 every year for additional security measures.

- It's important to get familiar with the teachers you have when you start your classes. Be aware of their office locations and their phone numbers and emails so that you can easily contact them. If you have a good relationship with your professors from the start, they will be more understanding if you must miss a deadline or need other special considerations.
