Well , I was staff here before as i have said before in this app . If you look at my account with an unbiased opinion you can see that i am a great staff member and when i am admining situations i take my role really seriously , I need to say before i go on any further to say that i am here although not active right now , I am here to help change the server for the best and have fun with the players when i do so , This means on discord etc trying to get the old players back , I am currently still in contact with alot of the old gang that made the server great not so long ago , I can name them but the list goes on for far too long,.

My only goal in admining isnt the normal shit that people say , My sole goal is to get the server back to the way it was before all the player base gone , i know mta is an old platform to play on and even other servers are struggling with playerbase at the minute , But i feel that i can help this with a few different ideas on my mind that i think players will like and appricate alot but although this needs a scripter

The player base is quite bad at the minute and i dont want to toot my own horn but with me being activtily talking to these people i think i stand a good chance in getting at least a few back and from there they are going to invite their freinds back , To be honest even people that are not here to stay for long are better than nothing , The server is ina  crisis right now and i honestly do feel like i am going to be able to pull it out of it

Yes , I am here to help the server not to help myself , As i have said , I havent got along well with all of the adminds prevoisouly , but im here to help now and to be honest im not here to get trial again , I dont think thats what the player base needs , I am here to go back to level 3 admin , BUT i am willing to take a trial period , I do one thing wrong and boom either fire me or bring me to trial , I am not here to do damage im here to try to get the player base the way it was because i really enjoyed the way the server was at the time that i used to play. Its not me being a shite saying that i dont want trial , I just dont feel that me being trial is going to help the server aloit as they have limtied commands , Reinstatement back to level 3 would be the best for the server if im honest , There isnt that strong of a admin base at the minute and that is the core of the servers playerbase . I have alot of time now i have freed alot of it up with hobbies going . So yeah , im here to help the server and not for it to go down again .

[B]Terms of Agreement:[/B]During  your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to  be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be  immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin  team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that  you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be  released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that  you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's  and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this  application will result in termination of your admin position, If you  have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone  number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact  your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a  stranger, you will be terminated.
[B]Non Disclosure Agreement:[/B]Staff  acknowledges that, in the course of employment by The Gaming *******,  the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of  certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but  not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information,  pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The  Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time,  during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit  or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such  confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee  will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating  to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports,  manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists,  computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of  such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of  this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer The Gaming  ******* to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and  will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's  fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid,  illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and  shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding  upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal  representatives, administrators and assigns.
