well, smogon's ou is not changing but
on pp at some point
we will start retiering again
which means starting w no pokemon banned and then
banning pokemon from there
we did a bit of that in adv before and banned kyogre and then it died
im a bit too busy to rly push stuff through rn
we sorta need to consolidate a bunch of stuff about our tiering system into one thread
