Barry Juren [2020]

Barry 'Juren' is a young, starkly feminine guy with a friendly, somewhat soft appearance and demeanor. His fashion sense tends to hide his more feminine features and instead makes him look a bit bigger than he actually is; baggy clothing, pajamas, etc. His hair is usually back in a ponytail, or straight down, but he's always got hair going down the middle and sides of his face with his ears exposed. The aforementioned hair is shoulder length at most, and is tri-colored, but with hints of gold throughout it where his red, white, or blue hair is next to an opposite color, which makes his hair looks like it's glistening when moving. He has somewhat long eyelashes, bright violet eyes, and nowadays always looks very calm and mellowed out.

He takes after his mom here and there, make of that what you will.

(His style changed a lot between those two drawings holy fuck; top one is tired/disheveled, bottom is refined and energetic. Though always when outside of his Super form he's slim, feminine, but built where it counts. Also, I'm gonna convert this to digital to fix up some of his proportions since his torso is too short. He's 6'1 but looks like he's 5'4 in this bitch)]

Despite these features, they're overshadowed by his rough, experienced hands. His knuckles are well-defined, his wrists aren't very large but there's visible vascularity (veins) going up them and his forearms. His voice is soft, but has a slight edge or hint of roughness to it when he's mumbling or speaking seriously or pointedly.

Outside of battle, it's easy to not recognize him as a guy, but in battle, however...

Barry's body noticeably grows and gains stronger features, such as wider shoulders, thicker wrists, a stronger looking back, and the air around him curls and waves much like heatwaves. His hairs will stand on ends and flow, and depending on whether he's fighting grounded or fighting someone whom techniques won't favor his chances of winning, he will be accompanied by a red, white, and blue flaming aura with a dim light blue and white outline.

Regardless of the state he's in, he's always got a very strong presence, but the one thing you will feel first when faced by him is a sense of care and the desire for relationship- friendship, even if his words and tone defy that.

Due to the nature of Barry's birth, he had an unnaturally large imbalance of testosterone and estrogen, resulting in his natural appearance being extremely feminine. Using his Superform reverts him to how he looked while on Trigger (with differences these days since I'm still working on his Superform design.)
