BOTW FAQ

1. Why do you keep spamming whistle?
-- There’s a glitch in the game that lets you run forever when you spam
the sprint button while holding the button to call your horse.

2. When do you split?
-- There’s a split after each shrine, except the blood moon shrine, which happens randomly throughout the run and can only be done in a blood moon, but we're trying to figure out how to get rid of the rng factor for the blood moon.

3. Why are you running so fast/ is your game sped up?
-- I have a speed run potion! The ingredients are 3 Fleet-Lotus Seeds, 1 Swift Carrot,
and 1 Shard of Farosh's Horn

4. WiiU/ Switch/Emulator?
-- WiiU! Faster load times.

5. Why don’t you switch the language to German?
-- I’m more concerned with learning the route than saving 20-ish seconds on cutscenes,
dialogue, etc.

6. Are you using an Amiibo?
-- NO!

7. Why do you do only 2 Divine Beasts?
-- There are shrines associated with them.

8. How many shrines are there?
-- 120

9. Why are you farming dragon horns?
-- For speed potions and certain shrines require certain parts from the dragon.

10. Why are you doing sidequests in Kakariko?
-- Sidequests have to be completed to unlock a shrine quest in Kakariko that will unlock the Shrine.
