    [b]Why do you wish to transfer over to the opposite sector?[/b]: Well, I know that it hasn't been long since I became a Probationary Firefighter, Pre-Hospital Staff, but in my opinion, I believe becoming a Hospital Staff suits me more. I am very interested in learning more, not just BLS. And I want to work my hands everyday in surgical rooms. Moreover, when the time comes and there won't be enough Pre-Hospital Staff Status 2, I can go under Delta and leave the work to Dr. Smith and other Hospital Staffs.
