Hey y'all,

Sierra and I wanted to extend the invitation to attend an meeting regarding the formation of a Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) at Mass Academy. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the concept of a GSA, we would seek to promote tolerance, awareness, and discussion of issues related to the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer) community. The exact particulars, however, still have to be figured out. Ms. Wildfong has agreed to be an adviser for the club, and thus, our first meeting will run on Tuesday, September 6th, from 4:05 to 4:35. Whether you've been in a GSA before, or just want to stop in, we'd love to see you.
