  1. its super good for you, has a ton of postive carbs, but if you eat it everyday all day without burning the calories off it will eventualy become eating a loaf of bread

  3. but if you eat it like every other day, and do some sort of activity it is very healthy for you

  5. Rice is alost a pure carb, in most cases that is a very good thing, but with all carbohydrates to much for a long period of time your body wont be able to process it quick enough
  6.  
  7. a lot of people do rice cycles like 2 days on 1 day off
