personality ↣ Melody is a simple person. She is friendly and very kind. She is a social butterfly. She knows how to put people in their place when they start acting out of order. When not spoken to or during serious moments, she often stays quiet and tries not to draw attention to herself. She is a very supportive person and has a unique character. She is hard working will do anything for people to be proud of what she does. She doesn't like losing but she never lets that get to her. background ↣ Melody grew up in London with her grandmother. She was raised there for 15 years. She was taught the rights and the wrong. Her grandmother was a very kind and caring woman. She never judged a person of their colour or gender. She never liked that. Melody was taught all these things about being accepting of all humans and to never judge a person. When Melody turned 17, her father brought her back to Korea so she could finish her studies and pursue a career path of her own. Even if she came from a wealthy family with a well known company, they preferred if she did her own class of work. She was then scouted by her company to be a trainee after they heard of the well known daughter of the Park's arrived in South Korea.

trainee activities  ↣ She did a lot of photo shoots for both training wise and family wise. She featured as a back up dancer in most of her seniors practice videos. She was featured in one of Lee Hi's song in her latest album. She made cameo in some of iKon's MV's.

trainee life  ↣ She had a lot of hardships as a trainee who had no communication skills at the start because of language barirrier. But she worked hard to overome that. Yg wasn't too worried about her dancing abilities or her singing abilities but mainly ficused on getting her to speak Korean. She faced a lot of trials with her training group. At first they didn't accept her because her group had already been training 2 years prior to her arrival. She was used to being put under pressure.

why did you join train(ee) to stardom?  ↣ My company recommended me joining the program to further enhance my skills. They wanted to test me on how well I go with being put in a survival show that wasn't company made. I also thought it would be a great opportunity to test whether or not I am ready to debut with members from other companies rather than my own.

why do you deserve to debut through this program?  ↣ I think everyone deserves to debut but this program is pushing us to survive and fight others in order for that debut. I am someone who is hardworking and has many talents that should be shown to the world.

what do you think will make you stand out from other trainees?  ↣ Not only because I am half Korean but also because I weild a lot of talets. I am hard working and would always think positive no matter what.

message to your fellow trainees  ↣ Even if you think that we're all enemies fighting for the one thing, I hope that one minor detail won't put a gap in our friendship. I want to wish all of you good luck and keep fighting.
