Been liking the reception so far for the story so here's a lil something with Al's POV this time. Work has finally given me mercy so have a part 5 of "Two Worlds Collide."

-Al's POV-
>Alexander, or Al for short, had been taking a stroll in his hometown of New Orleans to see how everything was going.
>So far, he was enjoying his time in the city and it's been entertaining for him so far.
>As a young man, Al was usually seeking entertainment as a way to alleviate himself of his other duties.
>'After all, the world is a stage, and the stage, is a world of entertainment.'
>If there was anything that Al felt strongly about, it was those thoughts.
>Aside from that, Al's been feeling chipper lately since his career was slowly taking off and he was growing in popularity.
>Ever since he was a young boy, he told his mother that he wanted to become a radio host.
>Of course, his mother entertained his dream while his father grumbled under his breath and continued reading his newspaper.

>Al internally frowned at the memory but quickly redirected his attention to the oil paintings in a nearby restaurant.
>After all, he has something to look foward to today which were his monthly "outings."
>Even while admiring the rich culture near him, Al knew why he came here to begin with.
>After all, today was the day he can go out and create some quality entertainment for himself to not only seek thrills but to sate his hunger as well.
>After carefully scanning the various crowds of people, Al was becoming somewhat frustrated as his preferred targets either weren't available or they were accompanied by too many people for his taste.
>'Did I pick the wrong time today? This hour isn't usually this crowded.'
>His smile was slowly becoming more forced and his stomach started rumbling a little bit.
>It was becoming somewhat bothersome for him as usually, it was rather easy for Al to find the prey that he desires.
>'Al, stay focused. There has to be atleast one person here who can provide me what I desperately need.'
>Alexander decided to visit a shop ran by a local young businessman who recently became the new shopkeeper ever since his father went "missing."

>The police still hadn't found the previous shopkeeper and because of his economic status, he was deemed simply "missing" shortly since they didn't want to bother to continue the investigation.
>As much as Al liked to one-up the investigators, it was a little boring that they gave up rather quickly in his opinion.
>Al's skin started feeling itchy and he was becoming more irritable.
>Just as Al was losing hope, he saw someone who would make an excellent meal for him.
>She was a young, blonde dame whose appearance just radiates innocence.
>She was like a delicate, blossoming fawn, new and confused about her surroundings.
>He suspected her to be a tourist based on her body language and her overall fascinated behavior.
>Al noticed she seemed interested in listening to the radio which currently broadcasted about the stock market crash of 1929. Oh how hilarious that was~
>'Hahaha, so many orphans...'
>Al snickered a little in his mind but knew he had to focus on his task.

>Al made sure to appear as if he was merely looking at the items in the shop to deter any suspicion from the crowd.
>After carefully analyzing to see if this woman had any company, Al made his move and walked up to her.
>Al was intentionally walking quietly as a means to startle her but didn't get too carried away as he didn't want to scare off his prey too soon. Oh no, that won't do!
>The woman jumped a little and quickly turned around.
>If Al thought she was interesting, she definitely caught his attention now.
>It was a little humorous from how easily he startled her but he quickly thought up a conversation to become more familiar with her.
>So they did, both of them made small talk which generally didn't interest Al until a certain point.
"Well, I just got here from another city and I just wanted to visit and um, I just wanted to see how everything's like here."
>Al relaxed his posture and thought in his head.

>'Figures that she was new here. Perhaps she's from the North despite her humble, southern-belle style. Now, what city is she talking about?'
>He was about to ask about that until he realized that both of them hadn't formally introduced themselves.
>Al internally shook his head at himself.
>'Tsk tsk tsk, that wasn't very gentlemanly of me to not introduce myself. A gentleman should always let a lady introduce herself in a conversation. My mother didn't raise a sap!'
>"Say dear, you hadn't introduced me your name."
"Oh. My name is Charlotte but you can call me Charlie," Charlie smiles a little.
>Al had to admit that her smile was kind of adorable. Such a shame she will be his next meal but lately, everything's been a bore for Al so sacrifices will have to be made.
>'Yes, smile my dear, for, you are never fully dressed without one!'
>"Apologies for my bad manners but if you truly wanted to know my name, my name is Alexander but please-
>Alexander pauses for a second but resumes once more.

"Call me Al."

Cursed anon here. It's been fun writing Alastor's character so expect to see more parts with Al's pov. So yeah, this is a recap to part 4 except in Alastor's pov to establish his character more. Anyways, stay tuned for part 6 and for whoever's reading this, I hope you have a great day :)
