  1. Wul would stand in awe as Kombu, possessed by some shade of darkness, made clear to him the sheer gap between true mastery of the three sword style and Wul's own practicion. The man was an incarnate of monstrosity itself, and even still he cut through Lettuch brutally.
  2.
  3. As Cito moved forth fearlessly to save him, the woolen swordsman found himself for once actually touched beyond his eldritch apathy. What would occur if Cito couldn't manage it?
  4.
  5. Did Wul have what it took, would he even make it in time.
  6.
  7. Haunting condundrum for a sheep. He stood at ready as necessary.*
  8. *Mii looked to her side in horror. Lettuch had been felled. She looked to her other side once more. The Demon continued to fell and slay everyone. She grit her teeth and then she looked to her sword. They had been fighting for so many years. She knew him as well as anyone else.
  9.
  10. "...Swordy. Do we have a chance to stop him here? What will it take to end this demon once and for all?" she asked as she shook in place gently. "Swordy. Let's end this once and for all." she said as she tensed up. She had to do something now. The love of her life was at risk now and the demon general had to be slain.
  11.
  12. "No matter what it takes. Until it is done."*
  13.
  14. *Sol Crusader: Grand-Lionguard || The smell of death in the air.
  15.
  16. Johnny, the proud pilot of EPYON, his eternal rival; beaten to nothingness.
  17.
  18. Sherlih, the last Saint to originate on Phi; broken and bloody.
  19.
  20. Lettuch, the proud Saiyan who lived on anger; fought until his very end, defeated.
  21.
  22. They'd all die here.
  23.
  24. Cito would deny fear ever having an impact in his life. Nothing could bother him; how could it? He's Cito Loquish. The pounding in his chest only hastes, however. Veins pop in his forehead. His hands shake on the controls of the mech. Heavy panting decorates the interior screens of the mech with precipitation. He was terrfied. Cito Loquish would die.
  25.
  26. Cito Loquish was dead.
  27.
  28. Who piloted the mech, the brave crusader who marched into battle fearless? What power fueled his drive to push past every obstacle in his way? The very sword on his back; he was never just Cito Loquish to begin with. Cito Loquish would die, but the fabric that made up who he was remained.
  29.
  30. "Tokka...thank you. Let's grab a bite after this."
  31.
  32. The visor covering the eyes of the mech rises up. The scared, miniscule Tuffle was nowhere to be seen; only a man prepared to face his destiny. He glares towards the being that was once Kombu, a fierce look of determination decorated across his face.
  33.
  34. "My entire life, I've sought my own interests. I came to this planet to make a name for myself. I'm a prideful bastard who does what he wants above all else. But I'm far more than that..."
  35.
  36. A flash of light, and the massive blade fades away. In the same instant, Cito raises his arm up to the sky. Another flash of white sparks in the palm of the mech's hand; the TRUE valor of Will Knife is conjured forth!
  37.
  38. "The blade in my hands...this energy coating me..." He glares at Kombu, gritting his teeth.
  39.
  40. "Don't you know who I am?!"
  41.
  42. The visor shuts as a shockwave of energy bursts around the mech. An uproar escapes from the mech, powered by Cito's own will alone.
  43.
  44. "I am Cito; THE KING OF BRAVES!"*
  45.
  46. *Kombu was completely and totally entranced in this overwhelming power that had gripped hold of him. While normally a merciless creature, there was no chance that the beast would have so callously taken the lives of so many people. Without point or purpose.. And yet there he stood, surrounded by the bodies of five people...
  47.
  48. Five people who in their own rights should have been able to best him..
  49.
  50. Five people who had thrown their lives away seeking to bring him down.. To stop the destruction that he now personified.
  51.
  52. What little was left of Kombu would have been repulsed by this but what remained..? It would tear Johnny free from his mech, skewering his blade through the Tuffles heart, savagely casting him down upon the ground, stapled to the surface..
  53.
  54. Shelrih..? They would be next, the massive Saiyan descending upon them, a hand being thrust straight into their chest and impaling them and leaving them to bleed out upon the ground...
  55.
  56. Lettuch..? His most worthy opponent..? He would meet with three blades skewering him through his heart.. Knocking him down upon the ground and repeatedly stabbing them.. Time after time.. After time.. A painting being made their their blood as it spattered across the area...
  57.
  58. Finally Cito..?
  59.
  60. Cito..? The King of Braves..? A smile would cross Kombu's face as he stomped the Mech flat to the ground and just as with Johnny, he would rip the man free from the mech, lifting him by the throat while sliding Ookami into his abdomen.. Leaving them to bleed out on the end of the blade..
  61.
  62. They were to be gone..
  63.
  64. Okarin..?
  65.
  66. He had done enough damage to leave them to bleed out upon the ground... He had done enough damage to ensure that much..*
  67.
  68. *Lettuch had given it his all here. Though against the insurmountable might of the miasma coupled with the Saiyan's own power the man wasn't able to finish the job as finally the draining nature of Grade 2 would open just the right moment for Kombu to get a good few decisive stabs in on him.
  69.
  70. "HRK....!!"
  71.
  72. Hues would finally dull some, as that anger.. that unrelenting flame would finally meet a fire that it couldn't face. His mind only on a single thing now as his body slowly started to give out under the weight of attrition.
  73.
  74. Mii at least, deserved to make it out of here.
  75.
  76. He'd offer her the last of his time.. existence even under the roaring of the Oozaran sun that was his life. But like all things fiery, and vibrant.. They simply needed to meet their end. He still felt it, even with things failing. A tinge of anger that left like all the warmth exitting his wounds towards those that served Tokka but it'd become cloudy as Mii once again took center stage.
  77.
  78. There wasn't much he could do for them now... for phi or those that were left on this wretched world. But Lettuch had a slight humor in all of this as he felt things slipping all away from the wounds made at his heart.
  79.
  80. However, the only real wound made there would be the fact hitting home that he wouldn't be able to stay here, with her any longer. And if he could he'd certainly tell her that he was sorry.
  81.
  82. Coughing up blood as those last determined lights began to fall from his sky he'd feel accomplished to at the very least only be fallable to something he'd equate to a supernova.
  83.
  84. R e t i r e.*
  85.
  86.
  87.
  88.
  89.
  90. *Wul would blink steadily as the fight went on and on, Cito putting forth his best efforts to save the day and bring everybody home. Yet, though perhaps the woolen swordsman didn't truly possess a heart, a sense of dread came over him as the battle waned away from the great mech's favor, leading inevitably to his fall by the swordsman's hand.
  91.
  92. He would had mastered a level of swordsmanship beyond Wul's own, and used that power to take the lives of his friends. One he'd once considered a prospect for a teacher and companion, but now?
  93.
  94. All Wul saw was red.
  95.
  96. The crackling electricity of the woolen swordsman's cybernetics would spark forth with violence as he howled with bestial rage, the Captain of the Ramshead Pirates losing in that moment the only member of his original crew that still lived. His first mate, his closest friend, and the one who was supposed to sail the seas of this barren world with the sheep in pursuit of adventure and riches.
  97.
  98. Ended now, as Lettuch was, gone in a whisper.
  99.
  100. The eldritch sheep's tone was cold, impassive, yet there was a deeply threaded violence in each spoken syllable, as if compelled sheerly through boundless, unthinkable anger.
  101.
  102. "I have never seen a swordsman quite as fine as you, Kombu. In another world, perhaps we would have been fellow pirates on the sea. But that man you killed was my nakama, and now I'm coming at you with all I've got. Win or lose, doesn't matter, you will be blooded."
  103.
  104. The cybernetic prosthetic would rise from the depths of the woolen swordsman's suit, clasping his blade as the other two found themselves in the suit's hands.
  105.
  106. It was time to rumble.
  107.
  108. (Lethal Kombu. Vendetta)*
  109.
  110.
  111. Kombu stood there trembling physically under the strain that was on his body. There was little left in the Saiyan to keep on going at this juncture. He was completely and totally worn down at the moment, the limits of his newfound miasmic power quickly being reached.
  112.
  113. Drawing up 'The Meat' which he had taken from Lettuch's body, a faint smile would cross Kombu's face, recognizing the blade as a truly fine weapon even in spite of his madness..
  114.
  115. Now though..?
  116.
  117. Now four stood to oppose him.. To stop him from his madness..
  118.
  119. Would they succeed..?
  120.
  121. It wasn't likely as he lunged straight toward them, intent on utterly massacring everyone present.*
  122.
  123. *Wul would fight with ferocity befit only for an absolute demon, the eldritch swordsman and captain of the Ramshead Pirates, the final member of the crew with the death of Lettuch, gave it his all as he engaged Kombu with everything he had. He had not been worn down like his allies throughout this endeavor, no, he was not easy prey for the five rings master.
  124.
  125. Wul was the sheep that had declared he would be the king of the pirates, the apex predator. And his first mate had been Lettuch. That was Kombu's first and final mistake.
  126.
  127. He could have killed anyone else. But not his nakama.
  128.
  129. Clashing three swords to three swords in a vicious and brutal clangor of violence, he'd note that Kombu was using a move familiar to his senses. The killing stroke. Mortal in intent and violence. But Wul was no soft mortal, he was the sheep that would be pirate king.
  130.
  131. Sheathing his three blades, the woolen swordsman would with poise unsheathe them again as he began to spin them in a steady, incredibly swift windmill before, with resounding speed and force lunging forth with all his might, the three blades prepared to strike as Wul at last released all that repressed emotion from the course of events.
  132.
  133. “SANTORYU OGI…...SANZEN SEKAI!”
  134.
  135. The sheep would unleash his blades one last time in a final, decisive stroked clash against the weakened, heartless Kombu and his five rings, sheathing his own blades as ichorous blood dripped from his wool. All three of his own blades were coated with the last bits of lifeblood Kombu manifested as he faded away into nothingness.
  136.
  137. "When you see Lettuch, ask him if he has any milk. The rest....is history. He is avenged."
  138. *
